Taking down unserviceable Raw sewage non clog pump set from foundation and transportation to work shop for repairing from sewage treatment plant to contractor work shop for carry out necessary repair work to pump set submersible and transporting it back to site of water supply installation of AF Stn area.

Dismantling and rewinding of Raw sewage non clog pump set of any make and capacity as mentioned below existing size and gauge of PVC insulated single core copper winding wire submersible including all insulating material of make a approved:- (a) Capacity 10 HP at STP Phase-III. Note:- The retrieved burnt copper winding wire shall be handedover to store and necessary RV obtained.

All as per item No 2 above, but Capacity 7.5 HP at STP Phase-III.

All as per item No 2 above, but Capacity 5 HP at SLP Phase-I.

Supply and replace the following spares for 5 to 10 HP non clog Pump set:- (a) Impeller.

(b) Shaft sleeve.

(c) Ball bearing 6305.

(d) Ball bearing 6308.

(e) V belt B56.

Lifting of suction pipe with the help of chain pulley arrangement at STP Phase-III and SLP Phase I and refixing after replacing unserviceable Foot Valve 100 mm dia as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 10 above, but GI pipe heavy duty 100 mm dia for column pipe.

Cleaning of slush deposited in the sewage collection sump by the help of supply of jet water and sewage lifting pump complete all specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable Air blower of capacity 3 HP from foundation and transportation to work shop for repairing from sewage treatment plant to contractor work shop for carry out necessary repair work to pump set submersible and transporting it back to site of water supply installation of AF Stn area.

Dismantling of air blower, servicing and replacement of unsv parts and refitting the same of 3 HP capacity including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Lifting and taking out complete submersible pump set 12.5 HP alongwith the column pipes with the help of chain pulley block from borewell well after disconnecting electrical connections from panel, disconnecting from suction and delivery pipe lines, disconnecting column pipes, testing electric motor to ensure its actual condition, separating pump & motor from coupling, reassembling and lowering pump & motor into bore well complete, connecting, testing and commissioning alongwith connected items such as MS column pipe, cable, re-fixing after receiving repaired and tested submersible pump with new nuts & bolts, rubber packing with proper alignment and making electrical connection, binding of cable with column pipe with nylon rope complete including testing all as specified.

Transportation of submersible pump sets 3 phase any make and capacity 12.5 HP from pump house to contractor work shop for carry out necessary repair work to pump set submersible and transporting it back to site of water supply installation of AF Stn area.

Dismantling of submersible motor any make and any capacity 12.5 HP and reassembling complete after carry out necessary repair work & testing complete for smooth working to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. (Note: New parts/components to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under supply only.)

M&L for rewinding of submersible motor of Capacity 12.5 HP 3 phase 400/415 Volts any make and capacity existing size and gauge of PVC insulated single core copper winding wire submersible including all insulating material of make a approved complete all as specified. Note:- The retrieved burnt copper winding wire shall be handedover to store and necessary RV obtained.

Supply only upper and lower housing bushes of any material complete suitable for 12.5 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Impeller suitable for 12.5HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only stainless steel bushes each set suitable for 5HP to 15 HP submersible motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 'O' ring kit and oil seal kit suitable for any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of bowl bush of housing by proper machine work of housing and pump soft & replacement of bowl bush for 5 HP to 15 HP complete.

Supply only rubber packing 20mm thick consisting of 8/6" holes for 80 mm to 150 mm dia column pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Jointing the submersible cable by jointing kit of suitable size by means of jointing material & making the leak proof jointing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Taking out existing filter media like sand, gravel & ferminex from filtration plant of capacity 10,000 gallon per hour including soda & Alum Pots & removing from site and cleaning the internal surfaces of filtration plant with soda & Alum Pots with using PVC/Steel wire brushes to remove all scales, iron particles and finally clay & other foreign particles with clean water complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The serviceability of filter media shall be decided by the BOO order by GE. Serviceable material shall be reused and unserviceable material should be disposed of out side MD land. Rate quoted for the item shall included for the same . Payment in RAR/FB will be made only after approval of BOO.

Taking out existing unserviceable PVC nozzles and Supply and fix new PVC double deck type PP strainer nozzle of size 10mm to 15mm (3/8” to ½” inch) dia, push type complete all as specified and as directed. Make: RMCO/ASHFORD or equivalent.

M&L for preparation of old painted internal steel surfaces of Filtration plant shell painting with one coat of black bituminous paint suitable for drinking purpose of area exceeding 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted external surface of Filtration Plant shell painting with first quality of synthetic enamel (gray shead) paint exceeding 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for packing of following sizes of new filter media in layers of approved quality obtained from ‘Barakar River’ complete all as specified and as directed:- Gravel of size 12 mm to 25 mm.

Replacement of unserviceable water pressure gauge with new pressure gauge capacity 7 kg/sqcm to 10 kg/sqcm complete all as specified and as directed. Make : RMCO/OASIS.

Taking out old unserviceable rubber gasket from position with taking out of nuts, bolts etc and S&F New rubber gasket of size 75cm outer dia, 3mm thick rubber sheet of approved quality fixed with suitable size & dia mild steel machine made nuts, bolts & washers of required size & numbers complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Nuts, bolts & washers shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item here-in-before).

Supply and laying the GI water tubing heavy grade 80 mm including new threading by lathe for fixing heavy duty socket suitable for column pipe including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS Socket 80 mm bore pipe, heavy duty suitable GI pipe 80 mm dia heavy duty column pipe including taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified.

S&F MS Socket 100 mm bore pipe, heavy duty suitable GI pipe 100 mm dia heavy duty column pipe including taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable non return valve form existing position and supply and fixing cast iron non return valve conforming to IS - 5312, PN-1.6 including necessary joints by means of bolts, nuts washers and rubber gaskets complete all as specified for 150 mm bore of pipe. Taking down old unserviceable sluice valve from existing position and supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve conforming to IS - 14846 PN 1.6 clockwise dosing with flanged ends and iron wheel including necessary joints by means of bolts, nuts washers and rubber gaskets complete all as specified for 150 mm bore pipe. Make- KIRLOSKAR/BIR/ RMCO/VENUS or equivalent.

All as per item No 47 above, but for 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside overhead reservoir capacity 50000 gallons through bacteriological treatment by using oxidizing agent such as TERBAC GS ,TERBAC G-65 and Ultra violet ray or equivalent complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -Charge. 1. First stage is to drain out the water by using wash out valve or high capacity dewatering system. 2) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G 10 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tank. 3) Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. 4) Fourth stage is first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5 a Govt laboratory certified branded halogen compound 5) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vacuum cleaner. 6) Sixth stage is the second baccterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. 7) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC G-65. Note- (i) Cost of staging and necessary working platform shall deemed to be included in quoted rate (ii) Contractor shall ensure necessary safety precaution and insurance of working during execution (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be included the cost of writing date of cleaning ,due date and capacity of tank on the wall surface of the tank.(iv) Contractor shall provide the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning ,Name of site & certificate conforming the completion of sterilization of water tanks. (b) Washing with clean water after scraping with wire brush in side and out side removing mud and spoil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtrs. (c) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder including scraping wire brush on walls & removing mud and grits & deposits etc properly. (d) Repair/Replacement to all inlet/out lets of tank with a reqd size of MS/GI Pipe as directed including as reqd welding work etc complete making leakage proof as directed. (MS/GI Pipe if reqd, it will be measured and paid separately). (e) Preparation of old painted surface of steel tank and painted with two coat of sky blue paint (1st quality) in existing position all as specified and directed. Note: Consumption of bleaching powder for cleaning of tank shall not be less than 10 Kg.

M&L for auto level controller (model ALC MK-I) including probe unit, five stage magnetic sensors concealed in S S casing of reqd length, controlling box including system incorporate with stage signal, high & low level alarm, pump automation etc. all complete (without wire from probe unit controller) complete all as specified and as directed.

"Y" junction, double branch, cross (flange sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs of size up to 200 mm bore complete all as specified .

Drilling and tapping of CI water line 15 mm to 20 mm for branch connection for chlorine dosing system complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.
