Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.All kinds of soil .

Providing and laying of dry stone soling (hand packed) incl. carriage of same by MT 15 Kms.

P/Laying of Cast-in-Situ Cement Concrete of M15 Mix (1:2:4) using 20mm nom. size stone aggregate.

P/fixing of steel reinforcement inc cutting,bending and placing in position (complete job) ToR

P/Laying of Cast-in-Situ Cement Concrete of M10 Mix (1:3:6) using 20mm nom. size stone aggregate and plum as 20% (Using Vibrator for compaction of concrete.)

P/Fixing of formwork including removal of same.

12 mm thick plaster in 1:4 mix inc curing

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level.

P/fixing of steel in built up sections in angles and flats ,including priming coat with approved primer and two coats of paint complete.
