Dismantling of old asbestos cement (Corrugated/ semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering fixed in any position with L hooks/J hooks/nails including capping to ridges and hips and remove materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 6mm thick corrugated or semi-corrugated asbestos cement sheets in roofs, walls etc with L- type or J- type or cranked hook bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 6mm thick corrugated or semi-corrugated asbestos cement sheets in ridge etc with L- type or J- type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified & diretced by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismanting ceiling board of any description and at any position including fillets complete all as diretced by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 4 mm thick asbestos cement plain building board non combustible material as per IS-14862 fixed in repair to timber frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Everest/Charminar/Rhino).

All as per item no. 8 above but except ceiling board,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 605 mm centre to centre.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel'),complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Anti Termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
