Clearing Jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushe wood, trees and sapling of girth up to 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to distance 50 M and lift up to 1.50 M.

Dismantling of brick work or stone work and cement concrete in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of material with in a distance of 60m as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in Cutting or in embankment in dry ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits and earth work in embankment to be in 200 Cm layer including ramming and dressing the surface to the required Levels and slopes and also including 1.50 m lift and lead 30 m the earth fromcutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank with in 30 m Distanceas directed by Engineer -in-Charge

Earth work in excavation in Foundation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the Other structure (Canal VRB, DRB, PRB and other hydraulic structures).

Centering and shuttering of CC work including rent of shuttering material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work for slab, lintels, sun shads, columm & walls etc..

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work complete.

Centering & shuttering for RCC/RB work in footing and column including cost of centering & shuttering up to 3 m. height as directed by E-In-C.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete icluding the cost of reinforcement bar. (HYSD/TMT bars) labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing and Laying in Position specified grade of Reinforced Cement Concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and Reinforcement in R.C.C. 1:2:3 (M-15) with (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand (Zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm Nominal size including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and Fixing of solid precast RCC wall panels of size 2350x100x450mm and Column of size 320x320x3300 mm with provisions of shear keys, connecting loops, dowel tubes and proper lifting accessories for walls, beams, slabs, stairs, column etc, of different concrete grades manufactured in controlled factory environment with approved methodology including moulds with Installation of Precast/Prestressed Concrete elements in correct & final position with proper line level and plumb at site making all arrangements (i.e cranes, push-pull jacks & all another T & P for lifting Placing & Alignment of elements, within erection tolerance as per IS 15916 (Including Cost of reinforcement, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing inserts). (Concrete Grade M-25).
