Notes: 1. New LT cable replace with fault portion, joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of the schedule. 2. Retrived old serviceable bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection, if extra bricks and sane required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of the schedule. 3. M&L for cutting/trimming of branches of tree tuching/aproaching LT/HT over lines of various spans(having 40 to 45 mtr) up to 3 mtr width on each side from different site of grith up to 10 cm with cutting equipments hacksaw,axe,ladders,rope and safety measures etc including disposal of trimmed branches 100 mtr away inside the cantonment area and cleaning the areas complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for re-streaching of loose LT/HT over head line,aluminium conductor,GI guard wires and credals etc complete at various location and diffrent span of 2 to 7 conductors with the help of rope and pullar including provision of short length of conductors as jumpers and duly binding with existing insulators and also restricting of stay support wire and screwing/tightening with stay rod as required etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, taper plug, bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meters long, complete all as specified by Engr-In-Charge .

Supply and fix in replacement Steel tubular swaged poles with double sided provision of streetlight brackets complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (8.5 metres long) long, complete all as specified by Engr-In-Charge .

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass comcrete type D2 1:4:8 with 40 mm graded stone aggrigate for foundation of pole etc complete all as specified

M&L for fabrication of cross arms bracings supports,clamps and back plates,iron stainer, water gate, ladder for clear water tank etc as required structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding,bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size and including of one coat of primer and one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Note: Exposed steel surface shall be treated with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of redoxide primer and unexposed surface of steel sectioons shall be appied one coat of redoxide primer, the quoted rate shal be deemed inclusive of the above provn.

Note: Jumpers set of two to Six to be replaced in one job at one pole point including in this item. Insulators shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of the schedule.

Note: Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. Incase the contractor or his rep shall not come to the site of breakdown and start attending breakdown with in two hours of notification a penalty of Rs 500/- per fault per hour shall be imposed over contractor and same deduct from his dues

Material and labour for disconnecting faulty/burnt end portion of cable by removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work, relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing faulty/burnt portion of incoming and out going cables at panel boards and preparing fresh terminals with suitable size of thimbles,lugs and glands or gland plates as suitable of any size and make good surface3 area around 5 mtr of the panel board by trimming and cutting bhshes/plants/grass and duly leveling soil around panel board and number of cables incoming out going at panel board` all as specified and directed by by Engr-In-Charge .
