Daily brooming and up-keeping of premises of UIP Hospital, Administrative building and all non-residential building as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Cleaning of floor with surf/phenyl water after brooming of all rooms and corridors of UIP Hopital and Offices as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Monthly cleaning of spider webs with broom of ceiling, side walls, beam slabs and adjacent to walls of all rooms of UIP Hospital and all Offices of UIHEP as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.
Washing and cleaning of Latrine pan, wash basins, including bathroom of UIP Hospital, all Offices of UIHEP as per direction of Engineer-in-Carge.
Daily washing and cleaning of Urinals including bathroom of UIP Hospital, all Offices of UIHEP as per direction of Engineer-in-Carge.
Up keeping and maintenance of sewerage system (main chamber, inspection chamber and man holes) of UIP Hospital, Administrative buildings of UIHEP as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Two times per year)
Quarterly cleaning of shurb jungles, uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 01 mtr girth on premeasurement including disposal of unserviceable material with all lifts upto 50 Mtr lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Quarterly flank dressing to proper camber as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Half yearly cleaning of Over Head tank as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
