Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED flood light fitting for 30mt/17mt highmast for apron area including fixing accessories like clamps/anchor fasteners, Supports etc,and termnation of power cable with connector including earthing as per approved Layout & complying to Technical specifications etc complete as required.

Lowering of lantern carriage in the 30 m Highmast and removing of all existing light fixtures and accessories, removing of all worn out/ rusted hardware items like lantern carriage bolts nuts. fixtures bolt nuts, of highmast pole with necessary crane as per as direction of enginer in charg, Re -Erection of highmast poles after putting of Epr cable along with other required acessories. Re fixing of existing lantern carrraige along with new led fixtures, fixing of new junction box along with necessary pg glands, fixing of new led fixtures with complete wiring with 3c x 1.5 sq mm pvc copper flexible cable. Scope includes aiming of led fixtures as per lux report/design.

Lowering of lantern carriage in the 17 m High mast and removing of all existing light fixtures and accessories, dismantling of high mast tower from its civil foundations and removing of damaged winch, motor, trailing cable, and ss ropes, replacement of all worn out/ rusted hardware like lantern carriage bolts nuts.Fixing of all new accessories like winch, ss rope and trailing cable along with winch and motor, Re -Erection of high mast poles on its civil foundations.Re fixing of existing lantern carriage along with new led fixtures, fixing of new junction box along with necessary pg. glands,with complete wiring with 3c x 1.5 sq mm pvc copper flexible cable. Scope includes aiming of led fixtures as per lux report/design. IF the lantern carriage does not come down the whole high mast has to be dismantle using necessary bigger crane without damaged to existing lights and other accessories

Supply and fixing of 5 pin metal clad male- female plug sockets along with recepticle for conecction of trailing cable in the highmast.

Supply and laying of 5 core x 2.5 sqmm EPR Pcp sheathed cotton braided copper trailing as per is specifications suitable for operation of High mast towers.( 35 m x 03 nos--105 m, 23 m x 02 Nos--46 mtr).

Supply and fixing of MCBs,Bakelite sheet, cast aluminum junction box with provision of incoming cable and out going cable also provision for fixing of necessary 5 pin recepticle in the junction box. ( Suitable for Bajaj highmast of 17mt and 30mt highmast).
