Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing & connections including cleaning or removal of unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore of galvanized iron steel tubing and connections including cleaning for reflxing or removal of unserviceable pipe, cutting/chasing in wall/floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore galvanized steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing 15 mm and making connections in new or old positions complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing 20 mm and making connections in new or old positions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of 20mm outer diameter CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on wall/ceiling or laying in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair 15 mm dia pillar taps fancy type of cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated screwed down high pressure with or without lettered hot or cold with long screwed shanks & fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore dia of bib tap fancy type cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipe ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia fancy type chromium plated stop valve, cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vitreous China wash down water closet (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic seat cover white and mild steel chromium plated aluminum hinging devices, connected to drains outlet, fixed as in repairs,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Make :- CERA/HINDWARE/PARYWARE.

Dismantling floor, heath or wall tilling including cement morter bedding (but not backing ),and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for First quality glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size (450x300mm)x7 mm /350 x 250 x 7mm thick,laid on vertical surface such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set in cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.11 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (Un-reinforced) of any description exc 15 cm thickness in floor sunken, slab etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick to sides and bottom of sunken slab in CM 1:3 with water proofing compound, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sunken floors 25mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI spouts 40mm dia projecting atleast 20cm clear of the wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for a tack coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 Kg/sqm over verticle surfaces and floor of sunken slab after laying all CI connection branch pieces etc after covering joints with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed

M & l for PCC 1:7:12 type F2(40mm graded aggregate) with bricks as in filling of sunken slab after laying carrying out required tests for CI pipes joints complete all as specified and directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Dismantling of 100mm dia cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 75mm dia cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 16 of tender documents.
