COOL ROOF PAINT TO ROOF

Providing two coats of heat reflective Cool Roof paint approved by Indian green building bodies such as IGBC or GRIHA. Roof areas will be washed with water and loose paint if any will be scraped off. Areas should be dust and algae free before coating. If required mild HCL shall be used for removal of unwanted fungus. Roof shall be washed and cleaned thrice and made totally dust free before application

LIGHTNING PROTECTION

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required. 2 X 6 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing of 40mm size of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as reqd

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required.(But withoutMCB/RCCB/Isolator) 6 way (4 + 18), Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and laying of 25x5mm aluminum earth strip on the walls, earth etc, as per the specification (approved make ) complete.

Supply and installation of 50mm GI pipe for lightning arrestor as per the requirements

SOUND PROOF DOORS

Supply and installation of ECODORAF40 -64mm thick Wooden Acoustic door _tested for STC of 40 dB. The door system duly tested for integrity and insulation criteris as per IS 3614 Part -2 and BS: 476 Part -22 specified in Is : 3809-1979 and BS:476 part 20 &22 1987 to achieve the required integrity and insulation. Door Frame: Providing of Ist class hard wood frame of section 120mm x 60mm with density of 650 Kg/ cum and with acoustic beading. Shutter: Providing 64mm thick acoustic shutter as per BS 476 Part- 20& 22, IS-3614 Part-2 & ISO 834 comprising of Matrix Engineered boards 9mm and 12mm thick boards,treated hard wood internal timber frame work of 100 x 30mm with 30 mm thick infill of rock wool fiber with reinforced FR silicate coating on both sides and faced with 3mm thick plywood or MDF and externallylipped with hard wood beading. Sealent is used to seal the gaps between Matrix Engineered board and shutter beading. Proprietory Acoustic Drop down seals and EPDM gaskets around the frame are used to enhance acoustic properties. Finish: 1mm laminate finish Merino or Green iam suede finish on both sides of the door.
