Tender specific authorized dealer should upload valid license issued from Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization ( PESO) for storage of LPG cylinder as per Gas cylinder Rules 2016.
Procurement will be made from Government owned oil companies like HPCL, IOCL, BPCL or their tender specific authorized dealer. OEM or their authorized dealer/dealers should not simultaneously participate for the same consignee as evaluation of bid is itemwise consignee wise.The tender specific authorization from Government owned Oil company shall be for specific location/locations for which authorisation has been and same may be mentioned in tender specific authorization as per Annexure II uploaded with this bid.
Bidders to offer at least 50% of the tender quantity of consignee/consignee's for which they have submitted their offer.Failing by which their offer will not be considered.

Purchase preference to MSEs : To avail benefits and preferential treatment extended to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), bidders are required to enclose Udyam Registration Certificate only. Traders/dealers are not eligible for such benefits. Para 3.0 of Integrated Bid Document of ECR (IBD v3.0) may be referred to for details.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
Security Deposit : SD shall be applicable as per para 6.0 of Integrated Bid Document (IBD v3.0) of ECR.
Packing Instruction : Packing as per para 1800 of IRS conditions of contract or as per the governing specification.
Marking Clause : Marking as per para 28.0 of Integrated Bid Document (IBD v3.0) of ECR or as per the governing specification.
Warranty : Warranty period shall be as mentioned in the tender schedule or as per the governing specification, whichever is higher.
