Manning and operation of main water supply installation Pump House including main electric supply receiving station 11 KV Power House at PCDA(NC) & PDDE (NC) Jammu with one FGM per shift in three shift for group of Each three installation (Power House PCDA, Power House PDDE and water supply installation at PCDA) each shift of 8 hours, 24 hrs round the clock including Sunday and holiday and also to attend the emergency complaint of No light repair of pipe line, power failure at main pump house, receiving station PCDA and JPDC and operation and maintenance of the following all as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (a) Submersible Pump & Motor 25 HP - 01 Nos. (b) Change over 125 Amps -01 Nos. (c) Oil immerse starter 25 HP - 01 Nos. (d) LT panel - 01 Nos. (e) Silver ionisation Water Treatment Plant - 01 Nos. (f) Sluice valve 100mm dia to 150mm dia. - 04 Nos. (g) Overhead Tank 50000 GLNS. - 01 Nos. (h) HT 11KV VCB indoor type - 08 No (j) Transformer 11/0.433 KV indoor type150 KVA to 500 KVA - 06 Nos. (k) Voltage stabilizer servo 50 KVA to 100 KVA - 04 Nos. (l) Repair / Maint of HT fuses of Gang operating device. (m) HT 11 KV overhead line cables and LT OH lines/cables/Panel (n) To attend urgent breakdown at pump house. (o) Operation of stand by Gen set of Cap 40KVA/50KVA/63 KVA/ 100KVA/180KVA/320 KVA during failure of electric supply. (q) Undertake cleanliness of main receiving station and area around GOD and its surrounding within 100 Metre of the vicinity of substation. (r) Undertake cleanliness of Pump house & area around overhead tank and its surrounding within 100 Metre of the vicinity of sub station.

Note : The Staff shall be ITI qualified from Govt recognized institute or Technician with minimum 05 years experience in the related field.

The contractor has to supply uniform to their employees for wearing during the working hours. The unit rate is deemed to include for the uniform. The uniform pattern shall b decided by the Engr-in-Charge.

The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of providing mobile communication system to the operator detailed so that feed back can be obtained.

The safety precautions for the staff will be the responsibility of the contractor and the unit rate is deemed to include for the safety eqpts and the T & P required for routine maintenance of the plant.

The contractor has to provide insurance cover to the man power employed.

The general cleaniness of the area in and around the installation and the plants installed will be the responsibility of the contractor.

Staff employed at installation will be responsible to inform the concerned JE E/M for requirement of POL / ALTOCH well in time.

The cost of maintenance of documents, installation charts and daily records i.e log sheet and attendance register as clarified under relevant PS shall deemed to be included in rates quoted for the above items.

Minor repairs required to maintain above equipments in operational condition shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

The Wages to the staff employed will be paid in the Aadhaar linked bank account and the monthly statement be deposited in the office before release of RAR.

The contractor shall provide reliever for operation as per prevailing labour regulation and the rate shall be deemed to include for the the same. Employee may be asked to carry out duty in unit areas and under PCDA (NC) and PDDE (NC) area all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and it shall be deemed that contractor has to quote rates keeping that aspects in view and nothing extra shall be admissible later on the account of misinterpretation. Installation should be kept neat and clean. All types of T&P, safety equipment will be provided by the contractor.

The Contractor shall provide following tools: - (i) Cutting pliers. (ii) Screw driver set of four with tester. (iii) Test lamp. (iv) Adjustable wrench 250mm long. (v) Notch Pliers. (vi) Safety Gloves / equipment. (vii) Spanner set of all sizes. (viii) Drill Machine.

Note:- (a) The staff highly skilled deployed shall be ITI qualified or having min of 05 years experience in the trade as per description in Sch "A" and submit details of qualification and experience before commencement of work at site with Engr-in-Charge. Being defence installation , the contractor shall ensure that the antecedents of personnel shall be got verified before employing. (b) A recovery double the salary per day of employee will be penalised / deducted from the RAR for non engagement of person due to any reason by the Contractor.

Contractor shall produce documentary evidence of Aadhaar linked Bank Account of employee/wages employed under this contract along with claimed payment. No Payment shall be made to the contractor without the proof of payment made to employee/wages through Aadhar linked account.

Contractor shall produce life insurance cover of minimum Rs 5.00 Lakh of their employee/wages employed under this contract alongwith claimed payment. No Payment shall be made to the contractor without the documentary evidence. The contractor quoted rates shall be deemed to include for the same.
