Taking down existing water proofing treatment on the roof, cleaning with wire brush etc. and removing debris outside MD land all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced concrete on roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams/ chajjas and similar suspended work

M & L for Providing, cement concrete 1:3:6,type C-1 (20mm graded aggregates) in bed blocks including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed.

M &L for 40 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in roof padding / leveling course kerbs, or chamfered on edges finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound. ( Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprataly )

M & L for 10mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:3 for floor finishes and mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. ( Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprataly )

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for providing 3 mm thick APP modified waterproofing membrane, weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, reinforced with known woven polyester matt black finished weighing not less than 160g/sqm having softening point not less than 150 degree celcius longitudnal tensile strength not less than 300 N/5cm , 10 cm overlap and 15 cm for end laps , over a coat of bitumen primer @ of 0.20 kg/sqm and finising with bituminious aluminium paint applied @ 0.10 kg / sqm and finished all as as per manufactures instruction and as directed. Note:-The work shall be carried out by authorised appicator of manufacturer.

M & L for applying 3 coats of acrylic polymer based elastomeric coloured single component UV resistant liquid membrane (Dr Fixit New Coat or equivalant of Sika/Cico/STP) of about 1-1.5mm dry film thickness over and including a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instructions over roof slab and taken up to 300mm high on wall etc, coving the prepared substrate at junctions of the terrace and parapet using polymer mortar to fill in the cracks opened up in V grooved all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Work will be carried out through manufacturer's applicators only. 2. Coverage of material should not be less than 2 Sqm per litre per coat or as per manufacurers instructions.

M & L for preparing old wall/ceilling/roof surface which includes clean and free from oil or loose materials and applying two coats of ''Asian Smart Care Damp Block 2K'' two components acrylic polymer-modified cementitious high performance coating all as per manufacturer's instruction ans as directed.

M & L for preparation, cleaning of old APP membrane surfaces and applying one coat of bituminious aluminium paint applied @ 0.10 kg / sqm complete all as as per manufactures instruction and as directed.

Labour for Cutting grooves in brick wall, and shaping horizontal face of groove and making good with cement mortar 1:3 all as specified directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal .

Supply& fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Suspended Ceiling System with Classic Lite Tegular Edge Tiles of 12mm thick and Armstrong Prelude 24mm face exposed grid. The tiles shall have pin hole visual with Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, 0.55 as per ASTM C423 standard, CAC of 36db, Light Reflectance ≥87%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 W/mK, Colour Global White, Fire Performance of Class 0/1 as per BS 476 Part 6/7 and Class A as per ASTM E84 with 16mm Tegular edge. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude 32 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour global white (matching to tile colour) having roll formed double stroke rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32mm. The grid system is to comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm securely fixed to the structural soffit using Armstrong suspension system (specifications above) at 1200mm maximum. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be Armstrong wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls using screws at 450mm centre to centre maximum.

M&L for only modular false ceiling board 9mm thick of calciumsilicate material of size 595mm x 595mm GRG ceiling tiles shall have weight 7 Kg /Sqm all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate for fixing the ceilling upto 10mtr height deemed to be included in quoated rate by the contractor. Make: Armstrong/ Diamond/ Saint Gobain or equivalent.
