Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring( light ,fan, socket or power) complete, fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditioned separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with single core of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed ISI marked 1100 V grade cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm drawing through in and including PVC conduit size of not less than 20 mm including conduit fittings and accessories concealed in wall / ceiling wiring terminated in flush metal box alongwith outer cover plate for mounting modular/piano switch, socket and electronic regulator along with provn of earth wire of PVC insulated, unseathed, 1100 V grade cable multi stranded FRLS ISI marked copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M& L for minor repair/service and greasing of bearings, cleaning of dust on ceiling fans with blades and canopys and reconnecting the electrical conections and with regulators complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All required Materials are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

M & L for repair to Ceiling fan of of any size by replacing unserviceable ball bearing of suitable size including neccessary greasing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting/trimming of branches of tree tuching/aproaching LT over lines of various spans(having 40 to 45 mtr) up to 3 mtr width on each side from different site of grith up to 10 cm with cutting equipments hacksaw,axe,ladders,rope and safety measures etc including disposal of trimmed branches 500 mtr away inside the cantonment area and cleaning the area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for re-streaching of loose LT over head line,aluminium conductor,GI guard wires and credals etc complete at various location and difrent span of 2 to 7 conductors with the help of rope and pullar etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
