Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of 156 HP @ 1500 RPM, four cylinder, vertical water cooled Diesel Oil Engine (Make :- KIRLOSKAR iGREEN Model No : 4K1080TA G2 or its equivalent) directly coupled with AC Alternator, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz @ 0.8 P.F. self excited, self regulated (Make :- Kirloskar Green or its equivalent) designed to run at 1500 RPM suitable for 100 KW/125 KVA DG set with Acoustic Enclosure (sound proof) with Central Pollution Control board (CPCB-II) approved DG set complete with all accessories and testing of the DG set with load condition and performance should be satisfactory as per Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying of following size XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor UG cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098. Make : Havells/Polycab/RR Kabel or its equivalent.

3.5 core X 240 sq.mm

Laying of one number XLPE insulated armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing DWC HDPE/GI Pipe as required.

Above 185 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm

Laying of one number XLPE insulated armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on surface as required.

Above 185 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket,tee, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205 (Part 24), 2018 (old IS 14930, Part 2,2001) completes with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (50 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103.5 mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe, ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, tee, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205 ( Part 24 ), 2018 (old IS 14930, Part 2,2001) completes with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. on surface/wall including clamping etc as required.

120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103.5 mm nominal)

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement . 2 Coares sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) in foundation of pump/ DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand ) at all levels.
