Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Including labour cess but excluding GST.)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness by manual means composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Grade Bitumen bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508./ Case -I By Manual means / (I) Bitumen (S-90). Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 / A. By Manual Means / Case-III : Type C /(I) Bitumen (S-90). (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embakment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections. As per MORD Specification clause 3.5(ii). (Including labour cess but excluding GST.)

Plain cement concrete M10 (1:3:6 nominal mix) in levelling course below open foundation of head walls as per drawing & Technical Specification Clause 1109. / Rate as per item No. 11.4 of Ch. 11. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 Sr. No.1203 I. Brick masonry in 1:3 cement mortar. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork as per technical specification clause 613.3/Rate as per item no. 12.2 of ch. 12. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST.)
