M & L for servicing/greasing of bearings and cleaning to the following squirrel cage induction type motor 3 phase 415V, and split cauge centrifugal pump set including disconnect/reconnect the suction and delivery line of any size with replacement of suction/delivery rubber gaskets by dismantling of motor from the pump set removing the stator/rotor separately, cleaning, and greasing pump and motor the bearings (long life grease) re erecting along with pump with proper alignment in common base frame with sprit level, and laminated packing sheets in any situation, testing, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) Electric motor/pumpset of 5/7.5 HP Capacity.

(b) Electric motor/pump set of 10/12.5/14 HP Capacity.

(c) Electric motor/pump set of 30 HP Capacity.

(d) Electric motor/pump set of 50 HP Capacity.

(e) Pump set of 60 HP Capacity.

M&L for Painting of steel and iron surfaces any description (pipes/pumpsets) over 10 cm width and girth in old painted surfaces in synthetic enamel paint two coats all as directed by Engr -In- charge

Supply only step bolt with nuts, washer and rubber bushes suitable to existing coupling of 30 HP pump set of kirloskar make (Note - Labour charges shall be included in Sl No 1 above) all as directed by Engr-In-charge

M & L for repairing/overhauling of the following spit cage centrifugal pump set coupled with motor by replacing of unserviceable parts like bearings, sleeves bushes, housing, shaft with gunmetal impeller including transporting to workshop & back and lath work for filling and grinding of shaft etc assembling the pump with new packing materials, nuts and bolts, washers, greasing and checking the alignment disconnect/connecting up with delivery, suction pipes testing of pump set after complete the work for following capacities all as directed by Engr - in - charge. (Note :- All spares suitable to existing pump set of Kirloskar make) (a) Pump set of 10 HP Capacity.

(b ) Pump set of 12.5 HP Capacity.

(c) Pump set of 14 HP Capacity.

(d) Pump set of 30 HP Capacity.

Supply only coupling rubber heavy duty with steel fish plate inner thread with nut, bolts and washers Note:- Labour charges shall be included in sl No 1 above all as directed by Engr-In-charge

Supply only gland bolt stud type both side thread type suitable for existing pump sets of kirloskar make Note :- Labour charges shall be included in Sl No 1 above all as directed by Engr-In-charge

M & L for disconnect/reconnect the electrical connection and uncoupling from pump and dismantling from common base frame and opening of stater and rotor removing the burnt wiring and rewinding of the induction motor with suitable size of super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge and insulating materials and sleeves, varnishing the winding, drying, replacement of terminal plate re assembled/installed in common base frame testing the motor with existing pump set of the following capacities including transportation to workshop & back all as directed by Engr -in - charge :- (a ) Electric motor of 5 HP Capacity.

(b) Electric motor of 10 HP Capacity.

(c) Electric motor of 12.5 HP Capacity.

(d) Electric motor of 30 HP Capacity.

Supply and fixing induction/submersible motor automatic star delta starter suitable for 12.5HP capacity pump set, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 HZ including taking out unserviceable starter complete all as directed by Engr -in - charge.

Supply and fix gunmetal, globe or gate valve of size 80mm dia heavy duty ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends and fixed to GI pipe including taking down unserviceable valve all as specified and directed by Engr -In charge.

Supply and install battery 12 volts 150 AH heavy duty with charge indication glass with initial charge and electrolyte up to the mark including taking down unserviceable battery all as directed by Engr -in- charge

Supply and fix 24 volt DC floot cum boost AMF battery charging unit transformer type with bridge rectifier unit/control fuse suitable to charge 2x 180 AH battery's with following parameters, Input voltage -240 volts, out put voltage -24 volts DC voltmeter 0- 36 volts - 1 Nos, DC ammeter 0-20 Amps -01 Nos, DC safety fuse -1 set including taking down unserviceable charging unit all as directed by Engr -In- Charge

Disconnecting electrical connection from the starter/panel for submersible pump set of 10 to 15 HP capacity taking up (unserviceable) pump set including motor from bore well of depth 450 feet to 720 feet and after repair reinstalling the same and making necessary electrical connection and lowering the pump and motor including transporting testing and commissioning and necessary tools and plants etc all as specified and directed by Engr -In charge . Note : Repair work alongwith spares will be measured in relevant items

Split opening the submersible pump multi stage 3 phase 10 to15 HP capacity and replacing the worn out shaft sleeve ,impellers,diffuser bush,diffuser housing ,bearing, bushes, strainer,bolts,nuts etc and M & L for machining (remetalling, grinding, etc) the shaft and turning, polishing to shaft supply and fixing suitable size gun metal bushes etc reassembling the pump completely all as specified and directed.

M& L for split opening the submersible motor 10HP to15HP capacity and taking out worn out winding and rewinding with copper winding wire as per existing gauge including overall insulation and including replacement of defective parts intermediate sheet bottom and top thrust plate, support bush, oil seal, diaphram, 'O' ring, Key, sand guard and stud and nut complete reassembling the motor complete all as directed.

Supply and fix unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm fixed complete to walls ceilings or in floors etc of pipe size 25 mm dia including necessary fittings etc all as directed by Engr - In charge

Comprehensive maintenance of 3000 Ltrs/hr RO plant of Ozone technology's installed at siruvani pump house maintenance schedule as per OEM recommendation including submit the OEM service report to Engr -In- charge Note 1 : Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for pre/jumbo filter 01 set for the smooth and defect free, satisfactory functioning of RO plant

Supply and fix tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings of size 25 mm dia fixed complete in wall/floor/ceiling etc including taking down unserviceable pipes in any situation

Supply and fix pump air valve brass fine thread suitable to existing pumpset of capacity up to 30 HP all as specified and directed by Engr -In- Charge

Removing excavated materials (soils)/foreign materials/waste from pumphouse premises in any situation to a distance exc 1.5 KM and depositing where directed at a level not exc 10 KM from the starting point with the help of truck/tractor with out any disturb to public traffic and deposited as per deposit point earmarked by the corporation all as specified and as directed.
