Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period (2020-21 to 2024-25) satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Annual Maintenance & Repair / Providing & Fixing New Gates to BCB/ Bandhar/ Barrage/ Checkdam works to the extent of Rs 31.36 Lakhs

Executed in any one year, for a continuous period of 12 Month, in the last five years period (2020-21 to 2024-25) Minimum quantities of work: 1. Removing / Re-fixing the barrage/dam, gates/vents:355.00 Sqm, 2.Providing /fixing MS gates: 25166.00 kgs

Should have been registered as Civil KPWD Contractor Class-III and above. The registered Class-III Contractor should be registered in same Circle as of the work.

Liquid assets and availability of credit facilities.,Rs.18.82 Lakhs (Credit lines/Letter of credit / Certificate by nationalised banks for meeting the fund requirement etc) (Type Capabilities of Vendor) ( Certificate in the format prescribed in Qualification information of Bid documents )

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity is A into N into 2.5 minus B where A is equal to Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any two year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N is equal to Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited is equal to 0.50, B is equal to Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 06 months(period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited)

Each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period (2020-21 to 2024-25) achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.62.72 Lakhs
