Fixed Charges of each Crane
Monthly hiring rates for 150 Ton or above capacity mobile crane as per scope of work
Variable Charges of each Crane
Hourly rate of active operation of mobile crane should be quoted by bidder as per scope of work after considering base rate i.e Rs 84.76 per litre of diesel oil of IOCL Pathankot on base date i.e 10.02.2022 and diesel consumption during crane operation in litres per hour as mentioned in Annexure E by bidder. NOTE: Diesel base rate of Rs 84.76 per liter on base date 10.02.2022 is fixed for the purpose of tender evaluation however it is clearly stated that Diesel cost shall be paid on actual basis.
BID EVALUATION: Note 1 : Among bidders who quoted in price bid, lowest bidder L 1 for Mobile Crane to be hired shall be evaluated on basis of Overall final cost calculated per crane by preparing manual comparative statement as per formula mentioned below: Overall final cost per Crane in Rs = [ ( Fixed charges including taxes per month per crane x 5 months) + ( Variable charges including taxes per hour x 9 hour of active crane operation per day x 150 days) ] NOTE 2 : Cost of whole scope of work shall be included in monthly hiring fixed charges of mobile crane. Nothing shall be paid extra. NOTE 3 : Cost of diesel (including its all taxes and duties) shall be paid on actual basis. Note 4: Cost of rest relievers for the crane staff for weekly rest, holidays and also in case work goes beyond normal working hours shall be included in monthly hiring fixed charges of mobile crane. Nothing shall be paid extra.
