Repair Replacement of unserviceable street light, cable and fixtures at MFFR under AGE (I) MFFR

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for route of cable and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 01 here in before but exc 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0 in depth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying of Double Wall Corrigated pipe of outer dia 77mm and inner dia 63 mm for cable protection as per IS-16205 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for boring of holes under main road Pavement,hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound tecnique and necessary machine for accomodate upto 80mm bore DWC pipe in the drilled holes, returning,filling in the end working space including removal of surface soil and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) DWC pipe shall be measured and paid separetely.(ii) Only length of the road /hard standing /pavement will be measured and necessary excavation at both side of bore will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of the BOQ.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations of poles above ground level including finishing to exposed concrete surfaces even and fair and provision of form work for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, pedestal of poles and the like including use and waste of form work (straight or curved), all exposed surface of concrete finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement cross linked poly-ethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts LT grade of following cross-sectional area laid in trenches/through pipe in road crossings/paths/drains/ducts/floors/along poles/walls/ceilings/equipments etc supplied and fixed including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the following sizes:- Note : (i) Necessary excavation and earth work and connected items shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Road/boring roads manualy cutting/floor cutting/cutting holes etc in wall required for laying of cable etc shall be made good as per existing site condition. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account and quoted rate for this item shall be deemed to include for the same.

Repairing of high mast light fittings of any type or capacity incl lowering and raising of high mast light bracket by motorised/manual operation and carry out necessary repairs etc as required incl testing, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable LED street/security light fittings of any capacity or type from pole/wall after disconnecting the connection wires and re fixing the same after repair/replacement of spares of any type of capacity of LED light fitting including testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as under:-

Supply and fixing in replacement post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED Solar street light fitting 12 Watt, 230 Volt including galvanized steel pole(upto 8mtr height) in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Excavation,PCC & earth work shall be measured separately.

Supply & fixing in replacement street light fitting bracket made out of 40mm bore GI pipe, light grade, tube bent to shape, 1.2 metre long, fixed to pole/wall with and including two sets of clamps made out of flat iron of size 40 x 6 mm with bolts, nuts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of clamps made out of 40x6 mm bending to shape, drilling holes for bolts suitable for fixing GI pipe bracket to steel pole, made in two halves, including nuts, bolts, washers and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends,elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc to be fixed on pole/wall with all fittings including mouth pieces for passing of sub main wiring, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Cable PVC insulated PVC unsheathed un-armoured flexible copper conductor (multi stranded) of cross sectional area 2.5 sqmm 2 core all as required for connections to light fittings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs of motor of High Mast light of Capacity 1.5 HP/1.1 KW 415 Volts 50 Hz 3 Phase 930 RPM by removing from High mast panel and transporting to workshop and re-fixing & testing after re-winding/gear box repairing/replacement of bearings and necessary re-wiring as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of maintenance free battery 12V 75AH with necessary connections with complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor of following size, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:-

M&L in repair for cable end box kit suitable for LT UG cable of size 3½ core upto 25-50 sqmm including taking down the old u/s one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for straight through jointing kit suitable for LT UG cable of size 3½ core upto 25-50 sqmm including taking down the old u/s one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs street light Timer switch 2 pole 32 Amps including taking down the old u/s one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Contactor double pole 25-32 Amps suitable for street light timer switch including taking down the old u/s one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up unused PCC/Steel tublar pole of any size carefully by help of hydraulic machine within the camps and dismantaling the PCC and excavation of the soil and refix it as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:(a) Cost of shifting of pole and labour charge shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b) Excavation of soil and PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces and painting of steel tubular pole of 9/11 mtr or any length long upto the top surface of pole with 2 coats of aluminium anti corrosive paint of first quality and painting to pole upto 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping with synthetic enamel paint 2 coats in black and white alternative strip including numbering in 8 cm height of number with white paint, both paints (aluminium/synthetic as approved) including numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing thermplastic cable junction box with IP 55 weather proof protection for outdoor installation with knockouts for cable entry of size 250x200x105 mm suitable for LT UG cable 10 Sqmm to 25 Sqmm including suitable size of fixing arrange for pole and drain rail for mounting of MCB complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and erection of Steel tubular swaged poles of 9.0 mtr long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and erecting of prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and l02mm x 279mm at bottom,class 10 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing/repairs to SPV street light fitting of capacity upto 20Watt including topup of acid of battery and checking all connection make it serviceable by replacing defective parts. All unserviceable items shall be replaced under appropriate schedule complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Solar Panel (PV Module),40 to 50W,poly/Mono Crystalline,12 Volt output suitable for existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED light fitting 12W to 20Watt,DC LED,>120lm/W,with lens/reflector housing,IP65 suitable for existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of charge Controller,PWM or MPPT,12V,5A to 10A, with dusk-to-dawn &battery protection functions suitable for existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Pole,4-7 mtr GI pole with battery box & panel mounting frame with locking arrangment suitable for existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of mounting structure,MS frame or aluminum bracket for solar panel mounting frame suitable for existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of cable & wiring,2 core copper cable (DC) suitable for existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MC4 connectors & lugs for solar panel and battery connection suitable for existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of sensor, motion sensor/ Dusk-to-Dawn LDR sensor(in-built or external)) suitable for existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of factory made floor mounted LT cubical panel confrming to CPRI specification board out type (double door) made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet totally enclosed with necessary ventilations, weather, dust and vermin proof IP-53 minium with front and rear opening and locking arrangement 415Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz having aluminium bus bar of capacity 900Amps and of suitable size to house Lt switch gears and accusories as mentianed below and full neutral duly colour coded and for neutral supported with DMC/SMC insulators colour coded complete connection from bus bar to ACB with suitable copper cable, panel board shall be grouted in the ground with suitable size of foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, MS channels for base frame 50x50x6 mm and supports, GI nut, bolts, washers etc. The panel board shall be powder coated and red oxided primed :- (a) The following items are provided in one compartment :- (i) Digital Voltmeter - 01 No, (ii) Digital Ameter - 01 No (iii) Three Indication LED Lamp (iv) Incomming - 630Amp Air circuit breaker . Note:- ACB will be isssued by department.

Supplying and fixing of automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based Nature Switch-, 25 kw equally distributed, 63 Amps,3-pole, Model - Swadeep-02 EC 25 Kw3P for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light . The sensor(Nature switch ) along with suitable power contactor rating 63 Amps 3- pole & 40 Amps 2-pole, MCB SP 63 Amps -03 nos and support terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof ,electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC Junction box (Sintex make) confirming to IP54.The contactor suitable to 3- phase load of 25 kw , rating 63 amps 3pole, MCB rating 63 amps SP 03 NOS. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : Old unserviceable material retrieved from all above items will be property of the deptt and will be deposited in AGE E/M store yard.
