Supply, install testing and commissioning in replacement of multistage centrifugal pumping set electric driven 50 HP/37.3 KW, 1486 RPM 120 mtr head 20 LPS discharge with material code :- 01 MOC, CI casing / impeller/Shaft CI IS 210 : FG260(012)/CI IS210:FG260(012)/CS IS 1570 : 40C8 NORM (587) (Suitable for coupling with three phase 415 volts electric motor of 50 HP/37.3 KW , 1486 RPM, 50 Hz ) with 100 mm suction and 80 mm delivery complete fixed on C Channel section and mounted on mounting pad 08 Nos capable to bear the full load of motor and pump complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves/KSB Note: The quoted rate will be inclusive of foundation as per manufacturers instructions. The contractor shall also give the complete , spare parts and operating manual as per OEM recommendation without any extra cost to the department.

S & F indoor type LT motor starter panel complete (CPRI) consisting of following accessories complete star delta starter in suitable for 50 HP motor, 3 phase 415 volt complete 02 Nos with comprehensive motor protection, programmable over load protection with constant current adaptive accelaration for smooth start and stop operation of motor and suitable capacity of 25 Kvar capacitor of make L&T including suitable line contactor - ML10 of make L&T and semi conductor fuses for protection of starter SCRs, and one MCCB of 250 Amp as incomer and also all bus bars used are of copper having capacity 500 Amp each totally enclosed in sheet metal enclosure of suitable internal dimensions to accommodate soft starter, line contactor, and semi conductor fuses& MCCB with Cable, made out of 2 mm CRCA sheet with powder coated finishing including hinged type door / opening mechanism at the front and provision of openings for incoming / out going cables, grouted on surfaces including on site installation / programming by skilled representative of original manufacturer, including necessary mounting arrangement on surfaces such as fastener bolts, nuts, MS frame work etc with PCC as required all as specified and as directed.Note : Drawing of panel , make of MCCB,star delta starter, ML contact & HRC fuse has been approved from accepting officer before ordering of panel. The stater & accessories shall be compatiable for smooth running of 50 HP centrifugal pumping set (Item No 01) , any extra items if required for same, cost shall be included in quoted rate.

S & F in replacement including leakage testing galvanised steel water tubing Light grade 80 mm bore with all fittings such as bends, elbow, socket etc laid under floors/trenches or on walls with fixing arrangments for the cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for road cutting incl necessary excavation 45 cm wide and 90 cm in depth as in trenches in any type of soils/rock for laying LT UG cable through pipe after laying /through the cable trenches will be filling top with M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm grdaeds stone aggregates from top over 15 cm thick hard good of broken boulders , 63 mm gauge over 15 cm bolders 100 mm dia over filled and rammed earth to make good the disburbed surface etc complete all as specified and directed.
