Schedule A - Civil Dismantling aluminium/ wooden/gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material and depositing same as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P . brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately)

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately). Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

P/F 0.3mm thick PVDF (Poly Vinylidene fluouride) of aluminium thickness 3mm and having weight 3.91kg per sqm and fixing with silicon tape/adhessive over aluminium frame and members, approximate box size 0.6mX0.6m to 0.9mX1.2m horizontal & vertical including cutting PVDF sheet as per required at site, preparing smooth surface and making holes/making good as required cutting hoisting and fixing aluminium members as directed by Engineer Incharge etc. complete

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door , window , ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade

One or more coats on old work

Removing of oil bound distemper, oil paint, smokes, peeled plaster and water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Complete

Removal of old PVC flooring and disposal of mulba as directed by engineer incharge including finish surface and preparing the smooth surface for fixing of new PVC flooring etc.

Providing and fixing homogeneous Polyvinyl chloride sheet / tile in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop S-758, Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent including welding of joints if required , finishing surface & filling pot holes with cement based putty and rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, in approved colour and shade.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing aluminium U-channels (heavy duty) with rubber and SS screws etc.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. Complete

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete.

Installation, testing and commissioning of all type/ above surface mounted LED tube light fittings complete with all accessories, screws, fastners on wall surface or on ceiling with hanging arrangment, clutch wire, making connections etc. as required.

Labour charges for fixing of existing DOL starter, remote switch on surface/ recess in wall including cutting PVDF sheet, making all the connections, testing etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.
