REPAIR TO FALSE CEILING, FLOOR TILING OF CERTAIN BLDGS OF MH, ASC AND WKSP AT LEBONG UNDER AGE (I) DARJEELING

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605 mm, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs 4mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber / GI / Aluminium framework with screws cement plain building boards, fixed to timber frame work with screws as in ceiling, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floors, hearth or wall tilling including cememt mortar beding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar (1:3) for vertical surface finishes for tiles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floor, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface etc. complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing non-skid ceramic joint free tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 but not exc. 0.18 Sqm as in floor set and joint in cement slurry, jointed & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of the tile complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x200 mm (5 to 7 mm thick) as in vetical surface set in cement slurry jointed & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work/stone work incl raking out joints, hacking for key ,scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of wall care putty (1 mm thick) and chalk whitening primer complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
