Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70/72 watts , 140 V - 270 V , 50Hz AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast alluminium housing with top opening service and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket , with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection , Light sensing with auto on off as per ambient light conditions, High efficiency long life LED package modules on MCPCB with LED lumen efficacy of >110 lumen per watt, Electronic Driver Powered by Built-in, isolated electronic LED driver (SMPS based constant current supply) with lower THD, Output Open / Short Circuit protection, Phase to Phase protection, Over Voltage protection, 10 kV surge protection, Surge Voltage protection & other safety tests as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec13 completed to driver with superier finish with top maintanable driver compartment complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable Street lights Aluminium cable upto 2 core 4 sqmm from poles incl any cable used for connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pole mounting type junction box factory made of minimum size 300 x200x100mm of FRP sheet duly powder coated with front openable hinged door , locking arrangements, with 4 Nos aluminium bus bars 40 Amps rating mounted on SMC /porcelain insulator, cable glands and lugs consisting DIN type rails for fixing MCB SP 6/10 Amps, 10 kA suitable for domestic loading , -01 no. including mild steel flat iron clamp and and supporting flat Iron made out of 40x4mm FI, nuts, bolts and washers duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F one run of three core 2.5 Sqmm x 3 core (nominal area) PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multi stranded unarmed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volt grade Confirming to IS : 7098 drawn through existing tubular pole for connecting to street light and pole JBs complete as all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for light grade GI pipe 40 mm bore of approx. 1.5 mtr length and fixed to pole with FI 40mm x 6mm clamps, 02 nos and suitable size necessary nuts & bolts complete set with complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mounting bracket made of 40 mm bore (or higher size to suit the opening of fitting) light grade GI pipe of approx 1.5 mtr length bent to shape and fixed to pole with FI 40mm x 6mm clamps, 2 nos and suitable size necessary nuts & bolts ,including Bracket complete for Street lights complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out Existing Street / security lights Bracket any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unsv Steel tubular pole and Supplying, transporting to site, erecting, and fixing in position, steel tubular swaged and welded poles of Overall height 9 metres, type 410 SP-31, IS-2713 marked, with cast iron base plate (fillet welded to poles), pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc, and painting 05 nos band /strips with fluorescent , Black/ Red/ White/ Green and Black synthetic enamel paint ( 30 cm wide each) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block and numbering of poles, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Poles shall be swaged and welded at manufacturer’s factory and not at site. The inner surface shall be factory painted) ,

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/Loose soil including trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8)type D2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate infoundation(below pole) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole etc. (around the poles in pit) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles including necessary form work, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old existing ACSR conductor of any type/size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old existing MS cross arms of any type/shape complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old existing Insulators of any type/shape complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT underground cables of following size, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-7098 (marked, laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on poles / laid under roads / paths / drain / culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Note;- Rate quoted includes terminal Lugs / floor cutting/ Inter locking floor and making good damaged portion matching with existing surface with all existing finishes.) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/Loose soil including trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with standard size fly ash bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying galvanised steel tubing, light grade, 50 mm bore, IS-1239 marked with all fittings (IS marked) and laid in trenches / under roads / in drains / fixed to poles/walls ( with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers ) pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for auguring of hole suitable for passing 40mm to 100mm bore pipe in true horizontal position under road, PCC paths etc., by means of mechanical ring/ auger after doing ultrasound to prevent any damage to existing cables pipe line specified and directed coming in the route not exceeding 1.5 m in depth below existing surface level of road and not excd 30M in length complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items and any damage to existing cables of anytype shall be made good by the Bidder without any extra cost to department.

Cutting of worn-out / burnt aluminium cable terminal lugs from the LT cable , crimping of new aluminium cable core and fixing with transformer/ Panel MCCB terminal/ FPB/ JB/ pole/DBs/ stud including cutting/ dressing of cable, disconnecting under ground, cutting down worn-out portion and refixing with suitable lugs complete , including under ground cables of any type and size for repairs including taking out underground cable loop from ground and making connections of restoration of electric supply complete all as specified and directed . Note:- (Excavation, earth work , taking out cable protection covers, and sand cushion and relaying the same shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted by Contractor)

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces steel tubular swaged poles, 9 M long including all MS work mounted on pole , earth protection including bracket(s), single or double of size 1.5m x 40/50 mm pipe ) and providing one coat of aluminium paint and providing 05 Nos bands/ straps with Two coats of retro reflective paint ( Black, Green and 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and numbering of poles with white reflective paint (50mm wide and 100mm hight letters) including encircling the letters or figures complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing LED 100W solar AIO LED Street Light on existing pole with luminaire efficacy of 150 lm/W with minimum lumen output of 110 lm/W along with solar panel should be of 150W with Monocrystalline cells with 78Ah Lithium Iron PO4 Battery pack. Manufacturers Logo/name must be engraved/Embossed on luminaire housing. Manufacturer must have in-house NABL accredited laboratory with scope of testing & callibration of Electrical, Mechanical & Photometry Parameters as per IS 10322:2012, IS16104,IS16106, IES LM 79. Solar light fittings should be reliable to fit on any size of GI Pipe bracket complete all as specified and directed . The Contractor should submit below mentioned documents before bringing materials for installation (1) LM 79 Report from NABL accredited lab of light supplied. (2) Technical Data sheet of Solar Street Light (3) Type Test Report of Solar Street Light (4) BIS Certificate of Battery (5) LM80 Report of LED Chip used in fixture (6) Data sheet of LED Chip used in fixture

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested , LT Panel (KIOSK), outdoor type, minium size 900 x 600x 800mm and platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminum bus bars 200 Amps rating installed on pvc insulated in color red, yellow and blue.. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and SMC/made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x5mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement , internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-7098 marked of adequate size but not less than 2.5 Sqmm. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. complete all as specified and directed including connections of all out going/in coming new /existing cables of any size by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches out side the Bldg including of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size lugs for terminal connections of cables, Platform for the Panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone , 15 cm thick in foundation and 100 mm thick PCC Padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grounding bolts etc. All out going feeders shall be connected and fixing danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, of size 20 x 15cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door etc with voltage and danger indiated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed, The scope of work includes the following: (NOTE:-LT Panel board should be as per IS/ICE 61439-part I&II Type Test certificates and Panel Builder should submit all Certificates before executing the job.)

M&L for plate earthing for LT panel complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60cm×60cm.× 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of LT equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate excavation & earth work and RCC cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I.
