POLY IRONITE CERAMIC CEMENTITIOUS (PICC) COATING: Providing & applying Impermeable, UV resistant , nontoxic, high strength, high abrasion, non shrink, polymer based Cementitious repair mortar such as Poly Ironite Ceramic Cementitious (PICC) consists of Nicomix WP + Cement 53 grade for coating, used for inside concrete surface up to a 5 mm thickness coating including by removing existing loose portion of concrete by breaking (using manual / mechanical means). For vegetation growth or algae-fungi, clean the surface with special chemical called Steripure10 with pressure water jet for removing of algae fungi, apply water miscible primer coat Kelox R 101 & Kelox H 404 before PICC application, complete as per specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, insurance charges transportation with all leads and lifts and any other incidental charges as directed by the Engineer in charge.
