Scarifying the existing bituminous road surfcae to a depth of 150 mm by Mechanical Means: Scarifying the existing bituminous road surcae to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of sarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead 1000 m as per Tech. Cl. 301.4

Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. ( i ) For Grading II

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water Bound macadam specification including spreeding in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller or strict roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 (inclusive of edge restraint and carriage)

(i) Low Porosity: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (CSS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/Sq.m. using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat : Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg to 0.30 Kg per Sqm. on the prepared granular surface tresated with primer & cleaned Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi-Dense-Bituminous concrete (providing and lying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hours using crush aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filter transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rilling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tanden roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Cl. No. 508 complete in all respect. (A) With hydreted lime/cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRTH & H Specification ) (I) With 60/70 or VG-30 Grade bitumen For gtrading-II (10 mm nominal size)

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structure as per drawings and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in tranches with excavated suitable material.1. Ordinary Soil. Up to 3 m depth

Laying (First Class) bedding on well compacted as per clause 1105 (ii) Granular Material

Plain cement concrete M10 91:3:6 nominal M 10 in leveling course below open foundation of Head walls as per drawing and Technical Specification clause 1109.

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation of Head walls complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drwaing and technical specification clause A. Brick Masonry (1:4 cement mortar)

Providing laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP-3 for culvert on first class bedding of granular materils in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonary work in head wall amnd preapets clause 1106. 1000 mm dia.

Plastering with cement mortor (1:4) 15 mm thick on brick work in substructure as per technical specification clause 613.4 & 12014.
