Construction of RC.C. Machine hole for various diameter & depths as per the design and drawings and directed by the department officers Earthwork excavation in all classification of soils to the required depth as per the site requirement to facilitate construction of circular RCC Machinehole of suitable dia and depth as per design requirement. The foundation shall be filled with levelling course using PCC 1:4;8 concrete for a depth of 0.15 m using sulphate resistant cement. The base slab, sidewall Jand roof slab shall be constructed using M-30 RCC mix with 20 mm HBS and RTS reinforcement. Necessary centering using steel sheets be deployed and wherever necessary shoring and strutting to be done when the depth of excavation exceeds 2.0m with silver Oak planks and country wood scantlings. The external gap around the manhole be filled with excavated earth and consolidated with water and ramming with wooden bars. Benching at the bottom be provided with PCC 1:2;4 using 20mm HBS and sulphate resistant cement, PVC encapsulated CI steps be provided at a spacing of 30 cm for access to the bottom of the Machinehole. The top of the Machinehole be covered with removable FRC heavy duty cover of 60 cm dia. Proper curing to be followed so as to attain the full strength of concrete. The excess materials and all centering materials at site to be removed after the lconstruction and the inside of the Machinehole be free from any debris and kept neat.

Dewatering using 5HP Diesel Engine Pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete.
