Providing and fixing 1st quallity ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make (Jhonson / Asian / Somany / Nitco) in all colours, shades of size 200 x 300 mm as approved in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm. Including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. - size 200x300mm

Providing and fixing white vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) Long pattern WC pan of size 580mm.

Construction of sump of size (internal) 3x1.25x1.80me with necessary earth work excavation foundation concrete 1:4:8 0.23mm thick and brick masonry wall alround in cement mortor 1:4 0.45mm side to a hight of 1m and 0.34m side to the remaining height. The sump internal finishing with cement mortor 1:3 20mm thick out of the bottom of the thank with PCC 1:2:4 50mm thick finishing and flooring concrete mixing with water proofing material in propotion in recommended by the manufacture. The door frame of extruded PVC section size 40mm x 48mm, having a maximum wall thickness 2.80mm +/- 0.30mm.The corners and joints shall be mitrecut and welded . The rate shall include the cost of necessary hinges , handles and locking facilities wherever necessary.

Supplying fixing and commisioning of Suguna/ Texmo /Sharp 1 HP monoblock pumpset slow speed single phase motor. The rate include the cost of pumpset , pumpset fixing in position and test run etc. complete

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI: 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.
