Providing and laying 50mm(consolidated thickness)full grout using granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 6.00 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. grouting with hot bitumen straight run bitumen(or with such bituminous material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge)at 5.0kg. per sq. m. binding with key aggregate of granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 1.5 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. including Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid with F.E loader with 1 Cu.m. bucket capacity to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A seal coat with 0.98 kg/sqm of bitumen of grade as per MoRT&H specifications clause 513.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen grade of 80/100 or bitumen emulsion using pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRT&H specifications clause 503. Bitumen 80/100@ 0.375 kg/sq.m

Providing and laying dense graded bitumunious macadam with 40-60 TPH Drum Mix tyre HMP producing an average output of 50 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of apecified grading, premixed with bituminious binder by specified percentage of weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hotmix to work site, with all leads laying with a hydrostatic /hydraulic paver finisher with smooth wheeled, vibratory or yandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction using antisitripping agent complete as per MoRT&H specification Clause 507 @5% of weight of mix a) Antistripping agent @ 0.5% of bitumen content

Providing and laying 30 mm thick Bituminious/Asphaltic concrete with 40-60 batch type HMP producing an average output of 50 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified gradings Premixed with bituminious binder at 6.5 % by weight of total mix and fillerusing Antistripping agent transpoting the hotmix to work site with all leads and applying a tack coat @f 2.00 kg/10sq.m. with hot bitumen of 80/100 and laying with Mechanical Paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory or tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specifications clause 509 and 503 Antistripping agent @ 0.5% of bitumen content

Providing and fixing prefabricated compound gate of G.I. pipes 40 – 50 mm dia (medium) with 12mm M.S. square bars of G.I. pipes grill work as per drawing including providing & fixing locking arrangements, pintals, hold fast embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 granitic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size) including applying priming coat with ready mixed red lead paint and painting 2 or more coats with superior ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades as per direction complete.
