Restoration of rain Damages to FIS Shurala in G.P.Malyana Under JSV Sub Division No-1 Tehsil Distt. Shimla H.P.(SH- CO. C C Channel from RD 160 to 1010 and RD 1650 to 2200 C/O Head weir at a length of 7mtrs )Under PDNA 2023.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work for pipes upto all depth in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil i/c balling or pumping out water, blasting soft /hard rock or chiseling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming and dressing of sides ,levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring /struting ,planking ,timbering and dewatering wherever required stacking the useable /unusable material/soil seperately and after laying,jointing and testing of pipes ,returning the useable soil in treches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its orginal condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals,fixing caution boards,crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect whithin all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dressing of Bed / side slopees preparation of sub grade for lining work in :-

(a) in bed

(b) in side

Cement concrete lining 15cm. thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:3:6.

a) Hand mixed concrete lining in bed.

b) Hand mixed concrete lining on side slopes.

Extra allowances for form work in concrete lining:-

a) in bed.

b) in Side slopes.

Demolition below ground level upto 1.50 mtrs. depth and disposal of unserviceable material within 20 mtrs. lead:- a) Un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm. thickness.

Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling work etc. and disposal of excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches,etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work,blasting work, hard blasting and chiselling etc. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Prov. and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete: 1:2:4 (M25)1cement 2 sand 4 graded stons aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in- complete in all respect ic all leads and lifts.

In foundation and plinth

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.1 meter in thickness including attached pillasters,buttresses plinth and string courses etc from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(1pement 5sand 10 graded stone agg 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work and rainforcement for reinforced concrete work in as per HPPWD specifications within at leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

In foundation and plinth.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforced for RCC work including bending,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts complete.Tor steel.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting , strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 3 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landings and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.
