Cutting of grooves in 5mm wide 12mm Metre deep in flooring concrete for expansion and contraction in concrete and filling of grooves with sikaflex polyurethene sealant, including cost of materials and one coat of primer, with all contractors tools, plants, material, labours, complete etc., as per specifications and as directed by engineer in charge
Providing and laying Tactile tile (Detectable Sqm warning surface) flooring for visually impaired persons of approved make and size 300x300x60mm having water absorption quality of less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of all colours and shades for outdoor / indoor floors such as Platform, Circulating Area, Station building, Multi modal stations, etc., laid on 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments with all Contractor's materials, labour, tools, plant, equipment, transportation, etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer- in-Charge. Providing and Fixing of Stainless steel (SS Kg 304 grade) water valley gutter made of SS plate of 1.45 mm (tolerance +/- 0.045)thickness including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making required shape etc., and fitting to the existing steel structure with necessary stainless steel nuts & bolts, cutting holes , making connections for all heights with contractor's men, tmaterial, labour, tools, plants, transporting to site, with inclusive of taxes, crossing of track wherever necessary etc., specifications confirming to Railway standards complete as directed by Engineer-In - Charge at site. ( for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accesoriessuch as nuts & bolts, fasteners etc.,)
Supply and Installation 5 mm thick HPL Sqm sheets for Elevations and Ceilings at heights upto Seven storied building using single / both side decorative EN 438- Part 6 complying of Fundermax or equivalent make manufactured under high pressure and temperature in a hot press. The cladding/ ceiling system will have to be installed oven powder coated aluminium box section 50 x 25 x 1.5mm thick frame work using aluminium POP rivets for fasteningpurpose (with appropriate sliding and fixed holes). 'L' type hot dip galvanized MS bracket 50 x 50x 5 mm to hold the aluminium box sections anchored by standard ancho fasteners. The core of the panel shall consists of desired numbers of imported, long fibre virgin kraft papers impregnated with specially formulated double hardenedPhenolic resin and another top layer of imported virgin Blue wool scale passed, decorative paper layer impregnated withMelamine resin. The panels are flame retardant type of class1 as per BS: 476 Part 7, ASTM E84 and EN 438- Part 6 Polymethyl methacrylate UV protecting films are providedat the top of the Deco layer for optimum UV protection (passes 1500 hours). The HPL panels shall have a tested Flexural Modulus of 11,000 MPa and Flexural strength of 100 MPa to make the product enormously sturdy from inside. The product shall not show any distortion even in extreme climatic conditions of -20° C to +80° C and in dry climate conditions with relative humidity in excess of 85% - 90%. HPL panels should be weather resistant at extreme oceanic climates and should have passed the salt spray test conducted for 500 hours and 3000 hours artificial weathering rated with a 5 for Grey scale rating &7/8 for Blue wool rating with all Contractor's materials, powder coated aluminium frame work, transportation, tools, plant, machinery, etc complete as per the directions of the Engineer In charge. Preparation of Structural Arrangement Sqm drawings and Bar-Bending Schedule with all details for buildings/ structures etc, based on soil testing report, in Auto CAD for Approved GAD provided by Railways as required to suitable scale on film paper including check prints in colour with all contractors stationery, materials, labour consumables etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer- in-charge.
Selection of suitable site for drilling of bore Numbers well/tube well by suitable method for all diameters - consultancy charges for ground water survey report writing for recommended location including transportation for local survey. The survey will be done by suitable method. 05 nos suitable site will be identified, and best would be recommended for drilling. charges for suitable site selection 5500/5= 1100.00/-
