M&L for PCC 1:4:8 (Type D2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with theincluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete design mix M-25 (20 mm graded aggregateSlabs supported on walls, chajjas, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in the shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete design mix M-25 (20 mm graded aggregate) foundatios, including rafts, footings, foundation, plinth beams, bases for coulmns etc and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on brick work/ RCC wall and finish the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling in CM(1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces in two layer 10mm each layer and top layer mixed with integral water proofing compound all as per manufacturer's instruction including all necessary scafolding arrangments of any hieght and as specified. Note : (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'. (ii) WPC to be mixed @200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement all as manufacturers instruction.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M & L for 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturing instruction on RCC slab while the concrete in still green and finish the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'. (ii) WPC to be mixed @3% by wt of cement or as manufacturers instruction.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying three coats of white wash over a coat of primer including rubbing with siutable sand paper etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement based paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified

M& L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layes not exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 40 mm graded aggregate, 100 mm thick as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm size graded stone aggregates) floor, finish the surfaces even and smooth using extra cement including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M& L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 40 mm graded aggregate, 75 mm thick as in plinth protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block,coloured rubber moulded any shape and size 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand layer etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 1.00 mm laths thickness steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing,as specified including top cover,anchoring rod ,hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer,erected in position as indicated complete : gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring complete as specified with 1100 volt grade 1.5sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through and including rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia, with all fittings, concealed in wall/roof /floor including unwelded sunken galvanized pressed steel terminal boxes of thickness not less than 1.0 mm covered with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated white sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators as required for the following :- One light/fan/ Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch 6 Amps 1 way.
