Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 12.5 Mtr. High Mast lighting system, having minimum top dia 150mm & Bottom dia 340mm system suitable for 8 Nos. luminaries complete in all respect as per detail specification given below:- (i) Mast shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized, inside & outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3/1987. There shall be only one longitudinal seam weld V section and no circumferential weld, it shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, 2 point suspension system with steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction) double drum winch, Galvanized lantern carriage arrangement & integral type power tool arrangement for raising & lowering of lantern carriage. (ii) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and template. Detail specification:- (i) Height of Mast:- 12.5 mtr. (including the height of head frame) (ii) Wind speed :- 180 Km/hour as per IS-875 (Part III) (iii) The High Mast & head frame shall be structurally suitable to accommodate the 8 nos. flood lights & its control gear boxes. (iv) The entire high mast structure (internally & externally) and all MS parts shall be hot dip galvanized as per BS-729 IS-1461 or equivalent. (v) Material:- The High Mast sections should be manufactured with best steel grade in compliance with BSEN 10025 EQ or equivalent with yield strength not less than 355 MPA. The head frame shall also be steel construction of steel grade as indicated. (vi) Welding: All welding shall be undertaken & performed as per WPS/PQR in accordance with BS-5135 or AWSD 1.1. (vii) Structure:- Continuously tapered polygonal with no circumference weld on shaft. Type of joint - Telescope slip joints (stress fit) (viii) Thickness:- Bottom section Min- 3mm. Top section Min- 3mm.

(ix) Head frame: (Lantern carriage arrangement) Galvanized Fabricated lantern carriage for fixing & holding the flood light fittings & control gear boxes provided with suitable winch arrangement to lower & raise the lantern carriage assembly. (x) Earthing:- The Mast shall be bounded properly to the existing earth. (xi) Electrical system & cables:- A suitable terminal box shall be provided at the base compartment of the high mast for terminating the incoming cable. The internal connections from the bottom to the top shall be made with special trailing cables (including supply and erection of cables for luminary and aviation light on the top) there shall be weather proof junction box to terminate the trailing cable. (xii) Lighting finial: - One number heavy duty hot dipped galvanized lightening finial (minimum 1.2 mtr in length) shall be provided at the centre of the head frame. It shall be bolted steadily to the head frame to get a direct conducting path to the earth through the mast. (xiii) 3 Phase 1.5 K.W power tool suitable for 12 Mtr high mast. It includes cost of 1 No. starter to be provided in the pedestal. Starter, Motor, Gear box, rope, pulley, nut & bolts etc. and all other required items must be installed in the pedestal. It also includes the cost of connection with 10mm, 2 copper wire from starter to motor in the high mast, panel to starter complete in all respects as per satisfaction of E.I.C. (xiv) It should include MCB TPN of capacity 63 A of approved make inside the base compartment/J.B to terminate the incoming/outgoing cables. (xv) Foundation of the structure shall be constructed as per the specifications of the manufacturer and cost shall be included in quoted rates. (xvi) The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F of LED aviation light luminaries comprising of aluminum housing with polycarbonate enclosure with 302 nos LED complete of cat No. BGAV 302 LED of Bajaj/GLN-703 (Single) of Crompton or equivalent in approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of feeder pillar box (KIOSK) out door type, floor mounted dust and vermin proof, made out 3.15mm CRCA MS Sheet and base frame 40x40x5mm angle iron front openable type with aprons for cable entry, locking devices shall be provided for proper locking of the feeder box, dully painted using power coating suitable for 415 Volt 3 phase 4 wire, 50HZ AC supply system, necessary PCC foundation, comprising of following incoming and outgoing feeder. M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI strip 25 x 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3, including exc & earth work in any type of soil, disposal of soil, providing alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, construction of pcc earth chamber in mix 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia MS bars both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and 15mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed at site. Note:- (i) Main earth lead beyond 7.5 meter shall be measured and paid separately through deviation order.

Supply & fixing 25 Sqmm 4.0 Core, XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade laid in trenches/floor or fixed on wall/pole including brass compression cable gland, terminal lug etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose for laying cables, erection of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil nexc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading dry coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread in uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness will be measured for payment.

Supply and laying well burnt Sub Class 'B' bricks locally available best quality laid in trenches perpendicular to UG cable above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix GI tube light grade of 80mm size laid in trenches or fixed on wall, floor or on pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
