Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales,murram, ordinary earth, earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, sprading, levelling sectioning breaking clods etc., incuding all incidential changes complete as per standard specification for foundation SS 20B

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm guage hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90X60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 X25 X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists (Country wood) of size 10X6.5cm spaced @ about90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. For Plain Surface

RCC 1:11/2:3 (One cement one point five sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering, Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing, finishing etc completed

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using best quality of country bricks of size 8 3/4 "X 4 1/4" X 2 3/4" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fabrication of steel and placing in positon TMT steel grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in floors etc., complete with standard specification

SPECIAL PLASTERING and finfishing all the RCC exposed surface such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cement mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standarad specification.

PLASTERING walls with cement mortar 1:4 (One cement and four sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete.

Painting the new walls in two coats with Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality over one coat of primer including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers

Collection supply and filling of well gravel filling approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete.

Centering for soffits of PCC Plain Surface works including all cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc, complete.

P.C.C 1:1.5:3 mix (One part of Cement, 1.5 part of Sand and three part of Aggregate) using 20mm HBG ISS metal including all cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc, complete.
