REPAIR/MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF LT NETWORKS ALONGWITH CONVERSION OF OH LINE AND ALLIED WORKS AT UMROI MIL STN UNDER GE UMROI

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in soft/loose of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of pole and stay complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of pole and as in benching and finished exposed surfaced even and smooth without wiring extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel poles/ struts, any size and removing from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m etc. complete all as directed.

M&L Steel Tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, final taper, bolts, nuts and screws etc as specified for type 410-SP-31 (9.00 m long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer, duly drilled hole 6nos at top portion of pole for fixing D clamp insulators complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

S&F structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including , nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat, one finishing coat of aluminium paint and epoxy coating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning UG cable XLPE insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross section area 120 sq mm 3.5 core including taking down of old unserviceable cable/ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.
