Charges for divers, towards diving in to the 7.5 to 8mtr deep sea water intake channel of travelling water screen for tracing, picking, removing foreign material in the bottom seating grooves of stopper gate in TWS 2C & 2D.
Charges for shifting travelling Water screen’s stopper gates (3 Nos. of 1 Set) from yard to travelling water screen’s bay, assembling the gates one over the other and lowering them inside the channel arresting the sea water leakage, make the gate leak proof lifting and dismantling the gates one after the other after completion of dewatering silt removal shifting to yard and stocking the gates for travelling water screen 2C & 2D. (Electrical cranes will be supplied by the board).
Charges for installing 50/30 HP dewatering pump electrically spared by TANGEDCO at free of rent near channel and dewatering the channel. After dewatering the channel removal of silt from pump, suction to channel entry gate, transporting and unloading the removal silt to the dumping yard near rejected and coal stone yard adjacent to the west of the compound, scrapping the fore bay wall and removal of marine growth for TWS 2C & 2D.
Charges for the removal of front & rear cover of TWS, dismantling the head, intermediate and foot structure from channel overhauling head and foot structure assemblies such as main drive assembly take up screw assembly. Bearing block bushes, Plummer block bushes, cleaning the screen basket chain link and injector pipe nozzle and allied other parts, reassembling the screens lowering the structure in to channel, fixing chain links baskets. Grease packing the rollers aligning the screens and commissioning of TWS 2C & 2D.
Charges for painting one coat of enamel paint on the TWS head, intermediate & foot structure and SS covers including the cost of consumables and paint 2C & 2D.
Charges for painting of the TWS 2C & 2D basket assemblies with 1 coat of enamel paint including the cost of consumables and paint.
