Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 0.15 M.deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 M.and lift up to 1.5 M.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels.

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.

Spreading of good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge(Cost of sludge,dump, manure and/or good earth to be paid separately).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge(Cost of sludge,dump, manure and/or good earth to be paid separately).

Mixing of Earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the officer-in-charge.

Flooding the ground with water including making kiaries and dismantling the same (excluding the cost of water).

Fine dressing of the ground.

Grassing with Turf grass,including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed(the grass & good earth shall be paid separately.)

Digging holes of 45cm dia,45cm deep in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume(2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%:1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth , if any, with all leads and lifts(cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid separately).

Planting trees/palms and watering once.

Planting of shrubs and watering once.

Supply of Lawn Grasses.

Supply of Korean Carpet Lawn grass at site for grassing 3573.00 M2 area.

Supply of healthy, well grown shrubs.

Plumeria alba offwhite (4-5 feet Height & well branched)

Ficus retusa (4-5 feet Height & well branched)

Supply of red earth or good garden earth free from stones, murrum, stubbles grass runners, other foreign material etc. is to be supplied at the site including royalty and carriage.The volume of the soil shall be reduced by 20% for voids.

Supplying of well decomposed FYM (dry cow dung manure) at site including royalty and carriage.The volume of FYM shall be reduced by 8% for voids.

Removal and disposal of garden waste. Lead charges for Lead Exceeding 3 KM but not exceeding 4 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc. Disposal Beyond 3 Km but up to and including 4 km.(Truck capacity-9 Tons.)

Maintenance of garden including lawn, groundcover, shrubs, trees etc as per specification. Total area for maintenanace Phase 1(12000 M2 x 26 days x 9 months = 2808000.00M2) + Phase 2 ( 23100M2 x 26 days x 9 months = 7207200.00 M2).So,Total area for maintenanace comes to 10015200.00 M2.

Spraying of pre emergence Herbicide Total Area: 23100 M2 .

Supply of Pre-emergence Herbicide ( Pendimethalin) required for spraying in soil to prevent emergence of weeds Total Area: 23100M2 .
