Material and labour for cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete and sub base in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors laid in alternate panels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints grade 'A' 65mm deep x 10mm wide,filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Use & waste of formwork to (rough finished surface of concrete) edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like and in chajja etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Supply & fixing mild steel runs of 20mm dia TMT bars cut to length bent to shape, required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar in (1:3) on ceiling and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered wall surfaces including cornices & pillasters etc as per manufacturer's specification & instruction including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F cast iron sand soil waste and vent pipe 100mm bore with or without ears fixed with chemical cement joints laid in trenches/floors or fixed in walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes 150mm bore of grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in concrete bed of (SGSW) drain pipes of 150 mm dia, laid to required slope including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
