SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO 04, 05, T-14 IN MES OFFICE COMPLEX AT MUDFORT UNDER GE (SOUTH) SECUNDERABAD

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class B old size burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC 3% of the weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction on brick/concrete finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(WPC will be meausred and paid separately under relevant item.)

M & L for preparation of new plasterd surfaces and applying two coat of exterior emultion weather proof paint over a coat of cement primer incl necessary scaffolding to be provided complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on internal surfaces of walls on brick/stone masonry/ concrete surface including finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preapartion of new plasterd surface of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Note : Oil bound distemper will be done by roller only, incl necessary scaffolding to be provided.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Note : Oil bound distemper will be done by roller only, after complete removal of old loose flakes and wall, roof height portion upto ht 7.50m incl necessary scaffolding to be provided.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces of wall and applying One coat of exterior emultion weather proof paint over a coat of cement primer after complete removal of old loose flakes of wall and including necessary scaffolding to be provided roof height upto ht 7.50m. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Washing, rubbing down and stopping of old distempered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, including filling of cracks with approved crack filler complete all as specified and directed . Note : oil bound distemper will be done by roller only, after complete removal of old loose flakes and wall,
