Material and labour Earthing pit of Internal dimensions 45cm X 45cm X 45cm, built in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) of wall thickness 20cm and fdn thickness 15cm with 50mm thick precast cover of RCC (1:2:4) (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15 cm C/C both ways and MS bar handle made of 10mm dia round bar complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of old unserviceable earthing of any type and any position for repair /replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanized iron wire 4.0 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire connected upto earth test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule part I and including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto 15 cm above top edge of earth plate in alternate layers, construction of PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 and 50 mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS TMT bars @ 150mm center to center both ways, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20mm bore GI medium grade and 15mm bore light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Taking down old unserviceable single pointed/ multi spikes air termination rod of any size from its existing position at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper air termination rod 16mm dia 1 Mtr long with accessories to fix at the existing position on top of roof level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of copper air termination rod 16mm dia and 1.0 Mtr Copper lightning arrestor (5 Spike) including poviding with accessories, fixed at the existing position on top of the roof level etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/ out old unserviceable lightening arrestor continuity conductor of any size from the existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing lightening arrestor earth continuity conductor made of Stranded Copper Wire conductor of size 12mm dia in between lightening arrestor with fixing accessories such as 8 mm wire clamp on its existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI pipe from its existing position for necessary repair /replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI Pipe of 40mm bore "medium grade" suitable for holding Lightening arrestor including fixing accessories such as clamps/Nut Bolts and 4mm dia GI wire to its existing position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Earth continuity conductor made of copper /alluminium strip of any size from its existing postion (i.e. from roof/ wall) etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead made of Aluminium strip of size 25 mm x 3 mm as roof conductor/down conductor above ground level/ burried in ground fixed with saddles (made of Porcelain / PVC) and screws at a distance 30 cm complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead made of Copper strip of size 20 x 3.15mm as roof conductor/down conductor above ground level/ burried in ground fixed with saddles (made of Porcelain / PVC) and screws at a distance 30 cm complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair for porcelain post insulators of size 25mm long for fixing of aluminium strips/GI strips/ Copper strip for roof conductor and down conductor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screws complete all specified and directed.

Material and Labour for flame proof point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm cable for one light point controlled by one one way flame proof switch, drawn in and including heavy duty ERW steel conduit pipe of dia (20mm) complete with all flame proof fitting accessories, junction box etc including one FRLS PVC insulated, un sheathed Single core stranded/solid copper conductor cable of size 1.0 Sqmm for continues earth wire connected to main earth dolly, including matching the disturbed surface with cement work and white washing/colour washing/distembering to match the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

Supply and fixing FLAME PROOF LED light fitting 2 x 16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of Flameproof cum Waterproof LED Bulk Head light fitting of 15W, IP66 protection of Cast Aluminum alloy material and Heat and Impact resistance toughen 'A' clear glass having Anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size all as specified and directed.
