Disconnecting and taking out old defective LT cables with aluminium conductor of any size/type from trenches/poles/walls/from pipes etc complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old defective copper flexible cables of any size from poles/ bracket pipes etc complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old rusted GI pipe brackets from poles/walls etc incl clamps/nuts/bolts etc complete.

Disconnecting and taking out old broken PVC cable junction boxes of any size and type complete incl all accessories such as bus bars/MCBs etc all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old UNSV control panel of any size and type complete.

Disconnecting and taking out old UNSV fittings of any size and type complete.

Attending defective/non-functional street lights complaints ( For street lights/flood lights/post top lights etc. of any type/any size fitted on poles/walls/posts/pillars etc) and street light feeder faults ( OH lines or UG cables) such as short circuiting, snapping of conductors, phase/neutral loss in UG cables by deploying technically qualified and experienced technicians and repairing the same to make the lights functional and serviceable by repairing and /or replacing the defective parts/electrical items of any type as per existing , checking of connections etc (supply and fixing of parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items here in after) complete all as specified and directed for Md Accn areas of Sec -A, B, C, D, E, F, Officers MAP Colony, Sunrise Colony, Pine Marg, FAFA Accn, MES Colony, Command Colony, CSQ colony, various connecting roads and other facilities such as shopping complex/ various institutes/swimming pools/stadium etc located at MD accn areas at Chandimandir Cantt.

Notes :- (a) Attending and repairing complaint for one light of any type shall be measured and paid as one Job. (b) Repairing of fault in one circuit , irrespective of any no of street lights/poles/junction boxes etc ,at any location shall be treated as one job only. (c) Contractor shall provide conveyance to the deployed labour for maintaining the services without any extra cost to department. (d) Vehicle mounted ladder for maintaining services shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. (e) Contractor shall provide contact details of his responsible person(s) for any emergency. (f) All safety measures and provn of all safety devices, first aid box etc shall be provided by the contractor. Contractor will be solely responsible for full safety of the persons deployed for providing the services and department will have no liability for any type of accident/injury of any type. Unit rate quoted will be deemed to include the cost of the same and no extra payment shall be made on this part. (g) All type of T & P ,PVC insulation tapes, minor nuts/bolts/washers etc required for maintaining the services shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to department. (h) Any loosened/ broken overhead conductor shall be restringed/repaired to make the system functional in all respects & unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of the same. (j) Quoted rates shall also be inclusive of attending complaints received on sundays/holidays and evening hours from 1800 hrs till 2100 hrs

PENALTY CHARGES (For Srl Item No 07 above):- (a) Within 14 days of date of commencement mentioned in work order No 1, contractor shall ensure that all street lights are made functional and serviceable and get the same examined & inspected by Engineer-in-Charge and GE at site. (b) On receiving of complaint, it should be rectified within 12 Hrs of intimation, penality @ Rs 500 per complaint will be recovered from contractor incase of non-attending of complaints with time limit. (c) Monthly visit of GE/AGE to be orginized by the contractor with maintenance team for confirmation of proper functioning of street lights and record to be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge duly signed by RWA rep in case of MD Accn as confirmation, failing which penalty @ Rs. 5000/- per month will be recovered from contractor. First such visit confirmation shall be arranged within 3 weeks of date of commencement of work as per WO No 1. (d ) For non availability of maintenance team / manpower / T&P / Vehicle mounted ladder during the daily working time, penalty @ 3000/- per day shall be levied on the contractor. (e) Daily record of persons deployed in the maintenance team shall be maintained in the register duly signed by contractor or his rep and JE concerned. Failure to maintain such register /record, penality @ Rs 1000/- per month shall be effected from the contractor. (f) If any complaints received at evening hours from 1800 hrs till 2100 hrs and on sundays/holidays should be attend with in 02 hours of intimaton, if not attended penalty @ Rs 500/ per complaint will be affected againts contractor.

Cutting of tree branches ( girth not more than 10 cm) falling over the street lights for all around clearance of the fittings carefully to avoid any damage to the light fittings and disposing of the cut tree branches to a distance not more than 100 mtrs complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n. exc. 1.5 M wide and n. exc. 1.5 Mts in depth for laying of cables poles stay, and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick after the cable are laid.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a lavel n.exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point.

Supply and laying double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 40mm outer dia confirming to IS 14930 Pt II with antirodent and non flame propergating properties of approved colour complete with fitting for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable XLPE insulated , PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty and 1100 volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core in trenches/ducts/through pipes/under culverts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing multi stranded round flexible copper cable PVC insulated sheathed 1100 volts grade of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated sheeted 1100 volt grade twin core 10 sqmm size service cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F street light mounting bracket made out of medium grade GI pipe of size 40/50 mm dia not less than 1.5 m length, bent to shape complete suitable for fixing on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Non metallic Junction box made out of PVC size not less than 24 cm x13cmx11cm hinged with lockable arrangement including aluminium bus bar TPN capacity 200 Amp with one No MCB 2.5 Amp SP 10 KA 'C' curve with provision of tapping incoming and outgoing cable connection with gland box of suitable size and fixing on pole/grouting in PCC muff complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in pole coping complete as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED Flood Light luminaire of capacity 120 Watt,system lumen efficacy not less than 100 lumen per watt, total system lumens not less than 12000 lumens, PF>0.90 ,CRI not less than 70, THD not more than 10 %, surge protection not less than 5 KV internal and 10 kV external, colour temp 5700 k +-300k, operating voltage ranging from 120V to 270 V at 50 Hz AC frequency,Pressure die cast aluminium housing in powder coated finish , heat resistant toughened glass , gasket etc ,protection class IP 66 all as specified and directed . Notes:- 1. Each luminaire should be printed on the luminaire fittings as "MES", CA No: GE(U)/CHM- /2020-21 2. The contractor shall submit test report from manufacturer of the LED fittings giving detail of each parameter /specifications of led luminaire mentioned in the BOQ item to comply with minimum requirements mentioned therein. 3. The contractor shall also submit LM-79 & LM-80 test report from any valid NABL accreditation laboratory. 4. The contractor shall submit warranty certificate from manufacturer for minimum 2 years.

All as per Srl Item No. 23 above but capacity 150 watt and total system lumens not less than 15000 lumens.

Supply and fix in replacement high power LED street light fittings energy saving luminaire with lens , capacity 60 watt with system efficacy (lm/w) not less than 100 lumens per watt, total system lumen not less than 6000 lumens, PF not less than 0.95, CRI not less than 70, colour temp. 5700K + 300K, surge protection not less than 5 KV, high pressure die cast aluminium alloy LM6 housing IP-66 class 1 protection, toughened glass cover, driver efficiency > 85% with constant output of current and voltage against input voltage variation 120 to 270 volt at 50 Hz ( + 5%), THD< 10% complete all as specified. The driver should be potted with electrolytic capacitor of min 105 degrees rating and must be with phase to phase protection, external SPD should be minimum 10 KV capacity. Notes:- 1. Supply and fixing of 60 watt with system efficacy (lm/w) not less than 100 lumens per watt total system lumens not less than 6000 lumens, LED Inverter Street Light with inbuilt RTC (Real Time Clock) made of Pressure Die Cast Aluminium Housing, TOP MAINTAINABLE and with clear heat resistant toughened glass ,should have secondary lens for better optics, Should have LM80 certified LED with Constant current RTC enabled electronic driver with 5KV SPD, IP66 protection class. Street light shall have Li-ion battery with minimum 5200 mAh capacity and shall have >1.5hrs battery backup in case of power failure, Efficacy >100LPW, CRI >70, THD <10%, PF >0.95, Cut off Voltage at 300Volt ± 10% and suitable for 50mm mounting pipe. Notes:- 1. Each luminaire should be printed on the luminaire fittings as "MES", CA No: GE(U)/CHM- /2020-21 2. The contractor shall submit test report from manufacturer of the LED fittings giving detail of each parameter /specifications of led luminaire mentioned in the BOQ item to comply with minimum requirements mentioned therein. 3. Supply & fix LED Post Top Lantern light fitting 40 watt capacity with die cast aluminium spigot, spun aluminium powder coated top cover, Aluminium PDC heat sink , opal PC diffuser and clear acrylic IP 65 . PF >0.95, LED driver, over voltage & under voltage protection, short circuit protection, with hanging & locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing dome type globe light 6 inch diameter with polycarbonate diffuser or milky white with B-22 holder and LED bulb of 12 Watt, for fixing arrangement on pole / pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix RGB LED Flood Light luminaire of capacity 55 Watt lighting colour RGB lighting type with remote to change colours IP 65 protection, aluminium die cast housing, PF >0.95, LED driver, over voltage & under voltage protection, short circuit protection, with hanging & locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of steel poles 9 m long with two coats of aluminium paint including cross arms , clamps & brackets fitted on pole all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including providing yellow & black paint with 30 cm alternate strip up to 1.2m height from GL & also painting numbering of Poles all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe 50mm bore medium grade as post for PTL fitting / cable protection laid in trenches in road crossing/ floor etc complete including required excavaion all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

The GUI shall able to measure Voltage, Current, Power Factor, Active power, Apparent power, metering cumulative active energy, metering cumulative aparent energy. Time scheduling which could be defined from the GUI running locally in smart device. GPRS communication between panel and cloud server and an option in panel for RF communication between panel and individual street lights for futuristic expansion. Wireless local control for field staff to on/off panel incase of GSM failure. The panel should be capable of sending following alerts:- (a) Phase wise over current / short circuit (b) Phase wise over voltage (c) Group failure of lights (d) No output supply (e) Tampering of door (f) Over voltage and under voltage protection for contactors and smart device (g) Low power factor detection (h) Under load and over load detecion. (j) GSM network down alert (k) RTC and NVM failure. (l) In built astronomical timer. (m) MCB tripping to be monitored on web application. The GUI should also support Google Maps overlay for live status monitoring of panel. Support for COAT (Configuration over the air) and FOTA (firmware over the air), Live instaneous load update, Total monthly /weekly/daily power consumption, on time and saving info, Configuration for user hierarchy from the GUI, Configuration for SMS and email for alert and reporting complete all as specified and directed including the following:-

(a) MCCB TPN 63 amps capacity 16 KA 415 volts - 01 No (Incoming) with separate SPD of 40 kV capacity. (b) Resin cast CT's 100/5A - Set of 3 (c) Multi-function digital meter class 1accuracy feeding informantion to GPRS controller. (g) Line contactor, AC 3 duty, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 32 Amps-02 No. (h) MCB TPN 32 Amps capacity - 02 (Outgoings) (i) Terminal block suitable for 100A rating with brass contacts for INPUT/OUTPUT termination (j) Anti tampering micro switch-01 Nos (k) Control wiring & control MCB of 6 Amps and power wiring of toggle switch, indicators/ protection circuits contactors, gateway/relay with 1.5 Sqmm multi strand copper cable(for control wiring), and of appropriate size for power wiring, incl lugs and ferrules- 01 Job as per circuit design complete all as specified and directed. (l) Indicators for automation mode, timer mode, on mode, phase indicators, By pass mode to be provided such that they are visible from outside.
