Providing New Borewell Pipe Line arrangements at ward No.02 Olugurpatty in Velur Town Panchayat

Earthwork excavation for foundation to the full depth as may be directed by departmental officers in all types of soils except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in the places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 Meters and initial lift 2 Metres and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specification

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 300mm X 200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (One part of Cement and two part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Painting two coats with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Geological investigation Charges under depost works to investigate the Weeakly Shandy site for Driiling of Borewell including all cost of materials and all other labour charges at the site shown by the department officers.(TWAD Managing Director Lr. Drilling of 150 mm Dia. Vertical clear bores in hard rock in anywhere in Namakkal district to any required depth as directed by the officers concerned including labour charges for inserting Ms / PVC casing pipes to any required depth, assembling in the drilled hole including welding jointing if necessary, grouting the casing pipes including conducting proper yield test at final depth (by providing 90 0 V notch fitted in a formed channel and the correct yield at the time of free flow in the channel and the correct yield at the time of completion of drilling process should be ascertained of and reported ) and providing cap including transportion, crew and fuel charges for rigs and supporting vehicles from one place to another etc., complete and as directed by officers concerned .(TWAD Managing Director Lr.
