Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Modular Type Variable Refrigerant Flow Outdoor Units with hermatically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor with BLDC motor suitable to operate on 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz, 3 Phase AC Supply, heat exchanger/condenser coil, heating & cooling, microprocessor based controller, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting and minimum capacity as mentioned below. All outdoor unit should have stepless modulation, Top discharge type condensing units with R410 A refrigerant including full charge of refrigerant gas and oil for commissioning the entire system, vibration isolators with fixing in the existing angle iron frame work, capable of delivering 100% capacity at 40 Deg C ambient and COP not less than 3.8 & 6.0 at 100% & 50% load condition respectively for cooling conforming to AHRI Standards and Conditions, etc., as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRF System with necessary jointng/brazing including, insulated with nitrile rubber, tubular sleeve sections of specified thickness as below for Suction and Liquid lines i/c providing and fixing of all accessories, vaccumization and Nitrogen testing etc., complete i/c fixing arrangements of all sizes of copper tubes on the existing GI tray.

1/2" dia (OD) (soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm with 19mm thick insulation or as per OEM standard.

1 1/8" dia (OD) (Hard drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm with 19mm thick insulation or as per OEM standard.

Supply, Installation, balancing and Commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc., as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness including alignment, matching and fixing with existing ducting arragements etc., complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of duct mounted hand lever operated 18 Ga GI volume control damper, locking devices etc. complete as required as per specifications

Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/m³, with 25 mm X 25 mm GI section of 1.25 mm thick, at 600 mm centre to centre covered with Reinforced Plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminum sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of 19mm thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.

Supplying, Fixing, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Dampers made of 16 SWG GSS in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications.

Supplying and installing 300 mm X 62.5 mm X 2 mm perforated hot dip Galvanised cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5 %, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, fixed on wall/floor/surface with necessary fixing accessories for running refrigerant piping and cable alongwith control wiring etc., complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 25 mm dia UPVC pipe along with accessories in surface / recess for laying of control cable as required.s required.

Supply and drawing Additional Quantity of (beyond 15m ) 2 core x 1.5 sqmm armoured copper conductor FRLS Cable as per IS7098(Part 1)1988 in the existing Conduits etc, complete as required.

Supply and laying Additional Quantity (beyond 15m ) 4 C x 10 sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured copper conductor Cable as per IS7098(Part 1)1988 cable of 1.1 KV grade in the existing cable tray etc., complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Copper lugs for 4 C x 10 sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade etc., complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Providing, fabricating and fixing of 50 mm X 50 mm x 5 mm M.S. angle support for positioning O/D units i/c grouting , welding, fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers and painting with primer and finish paint etc. Complete as required.

Providing and fixing of 14SWG GSS sheet cover for existing perforated refrigeant pipe /cable tray i/c welding, fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc. Complete as per site requirement.

Fabrication, S.I.T.C of Indoor MV Panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing, suitable for operation at 433 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C.
