Supply of 10 HP Submersible Pump Set fitted with dynamically balanced impeller mounted on stainless steel shaft with protection sleeve having stage bowls of closed grained bronze impeller complete in C.I Body. The pump will be directly coupled to required wet type induction motor of speed 2900 RPM suitable for operation on 3-ɸ, 415V, 50Hz, AC supply, with spare pump set to serve as ready replacement. Discharge: 450 LPM, Head: 70 mtr, Stage - 10. Delivery size : 50 mm. Make of Pump: BS/KSB/SU/As approved by DJB.

Supply of Panel boards for taking main supply from the electricity meter having following switch gears/ accessories/ features :- i) ELCB 80 Ampere, 4 Pole. ii) Panel board having two nos. of strips of wall fixing. iii) Panel board should be painted. Make of switch gears – L&T, Schneider, Siemens, C&S, Any approved make.

Supply of three core flat cable with bare bunched copper conductor insulated & sheathed with PVC for submersible pump motor with voltage grade upto 1100V of 6.0 sq mm.Make: Havells / Fort Gloster/ Grandley / ICL / CCI/ICC/Universal/any approved make in DJB.

Supply-Of G.I. Pipe 50 mm dia, Medium-class, each of 3'' Meters Long, duly threaded on both-ends, welded & fitted with G.I./ M.S. Flange of both ends with a Slot for Submersible-Cable. Welding of M.S Strips at both ends on flange. Make of Pipe: Jindal / TATA.

Supply-Of Tail-piece of Medium-Class G.I.-Pipe 500 mm Long with one-end threaded, as per out-let of Pump and another-end flanged, as per size of G.I. Pipe 50 mm dia. Make of Pipe: Jindal / TATA.

Supply-Of Orifice-Assembly 50 mm dia, 0.6 Meter Long, Double-Flange. One side M .S. Flange and other side G.I flange.Make of Pipe: Jindal / TATA

S/o pressure gauge of 100 mm dia, 0-30 PSI complete with socket, bush. Make – H-Guru/Fiebig.

Making water sample point with the help of socket, nipple, cook valve, Tee and extended pipe etc. of size 1/2 inch.

Supply-Of G.I. Bend 90⁰ x 50 mm dia, having Flange at both-ends One side M .S. Flange and other side G.I flange.

Installation of all E&M Equipments, lowering pump set into the newly developed bore with the help of chain pulley etc. and all piping work fixing of valves and accessories executing minor civil works, making electrical connections with cable in starter panel as per requirement of site I/C watch and ward cartage, taking all safety measures all tools an tackles testing and commissioning of all E&M equipments at no load and full load conditions as per standard from full satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
