Material and labour for preparing old concrete floor surface and providing 5mm thick anti static EPU flooring including prime coat, screed coat, copper tape, conductive coat, self levelling top coat and including removing old sealant cleaning and filling existing joints all as specified and application of Epoxy polyurethane paint of width or girth 10 to 15cm marking complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix hand health faucet jet to EWC including 1.0 m pipe and stop cock complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs to sunken floor slab with the following specification:- (a) Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping cleanand washing down with water to remove dust etc. (b) Averaging 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4,type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken floor,with proper slope towards GI spout. (c) providing 15mmthick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixted with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement over bottom and vertical surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

(d) Damp proof in horizontal surfaces scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles.applying smart care Damp proof of asian paint for water proofing with one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and two coats of undiluted material with @ 10.67 lts per 10 sqmts,and Damp proof in vertical surfaces scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles.applying smart care Damp proof for water proofing with one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and one coats of undiluted material with @ 4.85 lts per 10 sqmts.
