S&F of gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel screwed both ends for iron pipe of 20 mm dia all as complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of sink made of stainless steel 1.00mm thick kitchen or laboratory with drainage board of size 915 x 460 mm with plugs, washers and wastes pipes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets of angle iron 50x50x6mm and connecting union to pipe, bowl size 410 x 330 x 160 mm complete.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded agg) in kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges/ coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in 15mm dia wall mixer for hot and cold water chromium plated brass fancy type with self closing taps, cast copper alloy with all connection,screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F in 15mm stop valve, fancy type chromium plated, cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or union and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 15mm GI tubing medium grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings fixed to wall or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 20mm GI tubing medium grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings fixed to wall or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with CP grating including jointing with solvent cement complete in repair all as specified

S&F of PVC (SWR) pipe 75mm dia single socketed with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc shaft, cesspits, manholes etc; not exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out hard /soft/loose soil even in foul position as complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for bed of sewage lines of 150mm bore including packing under haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as per specified in SSR part-I clause 18.68.2 and all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches the soil in layers not exc 25cm thick, watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil out of defence land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 200mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of steel fiber reinforced concrete M-30 grade of concrete factory made heavy duty Manhole cover including frame of ISI marked of required size as per existing manhole and new manhole, for drain ,for cable trench,all other type of opening to be cover all as per directed by Engr-in Chrage complete. Note: Product has to to be approved quality and shall be passed by accepting officer.

M&L for cutting holes into concrete walls/brick walls and trimming surface as required,girth exc. 30cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, footing ,hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 30mm wide continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electro galvanised.

S&F of brass magnet catcher fit for wooden cupboard as complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18/19mm prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work

M&L for second class hard-wood in scantlings clean sawn timber framed and fixed as in cup board.

S&F of aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed length of bolt 150mm long, all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (450x300x7mm) thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting wall, and dado set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) rough to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F on site LLDPE septic tank vertical type of capacity 3000 ltr with upflow filter having diameter 1.7 m and height 1.46 mincluding lid, 110mm inlet and 50 or 110mm outlet provisions & can be made available with and without lid extension piece including media designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft,connection etc; complete all as specified and directed. M&L for soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonry in cement mortar, RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover,interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of of size 1.2m dia x 1.50m effective depth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in tank staging complete all as specified and as directed.
