Disconnection of all HT/LT connection of the defective distribution transformer 11/0.433 KV out door / indoor any make taking down / out from plinth / pole / platform with the help of crane and transporting the same carefully to workshop for repair/rewinding and taking back after repair to its existing position, upto 315 KVA and repairing of tank body, denting/ painting of full body afer preparation and 2 coats zinc chromite primer over 2 coats anti corrosive synthetic enamel paint on body by using spary gun and compressor to transformer, re-assembling of transfomer, testing of copper loss, iron loss, core loss, insulation test of all HT/LT windings, topping up of transformer, testing of di-electric strength of transformer oil and achieving upto 40MV to 60MVcomplete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of necessaryTesting/ Painting/ Crane / vehicle charges for shifting and installation of the transformer. (ii) The items covered shall be executed immediately during the break down period and the work will be executed as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) All the materials such as Transformer Oil, Copper winding wire, insulating papers, core plates, assembling accessories etc are mesured and paid saperetely in relevent item.

M&L for Making LT/HT coil suitable gauge of super enamelled copper solid conductor wound in the shape of helical/disc/cylindrical/crossover or as per existing to generate maximum MMF and insulation of winding wrapped with kraft paper/press board, cotton insulating taps and insulating materials shall be of Class A type to withstand 105 degree celicius temperature, including making of coil as required of upto 315 KVA capacity of transformer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Opening of the 11 KV / 0.433 KV transformer up to 315 KVA by removing the inspection cover / top cover, decanning of the transformer oil up to the required level for replacement of LT/HT bush complete from the shell and renewal for burnt out LT/HT bush to avoid leakage of oil refilling back to existing oil into the transformer complete testing & commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : HT/LT bush will measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply only of HT bushing including metal parts and washer made M12 type complete for any make of plinth/pole mounted transformer of 100 to 315 KVA capacity complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only of LT rod / studs made of brass with nut and washers fittings etc as per size and shape of original of 100 to 315 KVA complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair rubber cork sheet gasket complete kit for transformer top cover of capacity 100KVA to 315KVA of existing size, shape and thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Servicing / Greasing of HT Switch air break ( GOD) 11 KV TP with replacement of Corroded nut Bolts Male Female contact, ACSR Jumpers, making alignment of operating Mechanism for Proper ON / OFF operation of GOD and male contact including greasing complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Male Female contact shall be measured & paid separetely

Supply only Male and Female contacts 400A suitable for 11 KV Air Break switch complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in replacement for MS Channel/ Angle/Cross arms 'C' type, dimension and thickness as per existing fitted at site including making hole for clamping arrangements, drilling holes in any dia at any length, welding fabrication,, bending including all kind of nuts/bolts/washers and MS clamps of 5 mm thick and not less than 5 cm width suitable for mounting/fixing MS 'C' Channels on 4 pole/3 pole/2 pole or HT/LT poles including painting of complete structure including existing one by applying two coats of alumium paint over a coat of metalic primer after preparing the pole surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping of poles including necessary work finished the exposed surface even without using extra cement complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Supply and spread grade stone aggregate 40 mm in structure yard of 2/4 poles complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of HT Steel Tubular Two pole structure including cross arms, MS channels, clamps after scrapping thoroughly the existing rust / dirt / dust and corroded paint from the old steel surfaces and applying two coats aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting and taking out existing HT 11 KV VCBs of any make from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts and Servicing of 11KV indoor VCB, checking of quality of vacuum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, Testing ( IR value, Ratio test, Polarity test) and connection verification of 11 KV Current transformer( Set of three) by PRIMARY CURRENT INJECTION KIT ,and Testing and calibration of relay( set of two Over current and one earth fault) by SECONDARY CURRENT INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs complete all as specified and as directed.
