Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n exc 1.5 M deep and getting out in soft loose soil (including cutting of roads) for shafts, wells, man holes and for sewage lines and foundation etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan complete all as specified and dirtected by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning,filling in including spreading ,leveling ,waterring and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus spoil/excavated material to a distance upto 250M and deposited, spread and levelled where directed by Engineer-in-Charge not exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC Manhole covers, slabs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L Cement concrete type D2 , 1:4:8 using 40mm graded agregate in foundations,filling and mass concrete filling and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate0 as in coping/man holes/drain water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manholes etc. and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Loose filling with broken bricks of gauge 80 to 150mm mm in soakage pits and soakage well complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC Type B1 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies , deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Demolition of brick / block masonry built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and clearing off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m means radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Sl item No. 13.00 here-in-above but except brick (NOTE: Seviceable brick obtained from demolition under Sl item No 12.00 here-in-above shall be reused under the item)

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks ( locally available best quality) old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B" bricks in one brick thick in honey comb walling in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Use & waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works not exceeding 200mm thick ( Horizontal or sloping) fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L TMT mild steel bars bars 8 mm dia to 10mm dia , cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work in two layer of (10mm+5mm) mixed with water proofing compound in top layer @ 2% by the weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (1) Use of Dimapur Sand to plaster. (2) WPC pdr shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm bore dia drain pipe (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced cement concrete) set in CM.

Demolition and breaking up 100mm bore dia drain pipe (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced cement concrete) set in CM cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting/filling into existing manholes for connecting new sewage line 225mm bore (internal dia of pipe ) incl making good to disturbed benching and haunching, plaster etc and forming new branch channel ( ½ round of ¾ section) if required in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 and smooth finished , reforming benching as required and as directed for internal dia for the following pipe. (Each Man hole shall be measured under this item )

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan “Orissa pattern of size 580x440mm white, back inlet and integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non skid ceramic tiles of size 300x300mmx7mm thick in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning existing sewage (SWG,SWR,RCC Pipe line) from manholes to manhole by rodding with required equipments so as to completely removal the accumulated/deposited sludge and sediments and finally washing with clean water all as specified for size of pipe line:- (a) 100mm dia

(b) 150mm dia

(c) 200mm dia

Cleaning of manholes of any depth by opening including de-sludging, de- watering either by mechanical pump or manually, taking out soilids / semi solid sludge, flushing with water, removing and disposal of the sludge etc to a distance not exc 50m & buried in shallow pits with a covering of soft/loose soil of minimum 20 cm thick at an inhabitable location in the cantt area and sprinkling bleaching powder @ 1 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Unit rate is inclusive of supply of bleaching powder and necessary earth work. (ii) 02 Nos of labourers for cleaning of manholes/nahani trap/gully trap manually will report to AGE B/R -II complaint cell at 0845hrs daily except on holiday, failing which the recovery @ Rs. 500/- day per person will impose to the contractor as the clearing of sewage blockage is an essential work.

Cleaning of accumulated soild/semi soild or liquid sludge from septic tanks or any size either by mechanical pump or manually and collecting the sludge so removed in a container and disposal of the same to a distance not exceeding 50m in shallow pits with a covering of loose /soft soil of minimum 20 cm thick at an inhabitable location in the Cantt area and sprinkling bleaching powder @ 1 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate is inclusive of supply of bleaching powder and necessary earthwork.

De-sludging the solid sludge from soak well, cleaning aggregates obtained from soak well for reuse ( minimum 50% for the purpose) placing the same with new brick bats, depositing the sludge / silt in trenches with a coverage of soft/loose soil of minimum 20 cm thick at an inhabitable location in the Cantt area and sprinkling bleaching powder @ 1 Kg/ sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate is inclusive of supply of bleaching powder and necessary earthwork.

Operation of sewage suction machine by one skilled operator and one helper for collecting waste sewage sludge from septic tank/soak well/soak pit/manhole at various loc of LMS. The trasnportioan/towing of suction machine should be provided by the contractor and dumping of waste at approved dumping site as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Sewage suction machine will be issued under Sch 'C' items. Machine shall be returned to the deptt after operation duly demand/wasted and disinfected. -cleaned / washind (ii) Towing vechicle shall be provided by the contractor and unit quoted rate shall be demmed to beinclusive for the same. (iii) Waste shall be dumped in excavated dump pits and shall be disinfected using bleaching power.
