To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turn over (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) not less than the two times of estimated annual payments in this contract.

Availability of owning Key and critical equipment for the above works.

The aspiring bidders in its name should furnish GST / IT, & Service Tax registration certificate with PAN for the proceeding latest year.

To qualify for award of this contract each Tenderer should produce PWD class3/class-2/ class-1 certificate.

Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities (Usually 30% of the amount of Contract) for work costing and (Credit Lines / Letter of Credit / Certificates from Banks) for meeting Fund Requirement etc.

Satisfactorily completed at least 90% of the contract value as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost. (Construction of Pre cast Compound wall)

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 to execute in any one year the following minimum quantities of work: Cement concrete, Earth work usually 80% of the annual rate of construction.

Assessed Available tender capacity (AxNx2.5-B)

Audit balance sheet for last five financial years (i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) with copies of Income Tax returns statement filed. Turnover certificate given by CA and all documents should be attested by Notary.
