CONCRETE WORK

Providing and laying cement concrete works in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of centering & shuttering in (a) 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 Kanhaighat Coarse sand :8 graded stone aggrt. 40mm nominal size).

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE WORK

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : (a)1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 Kanhaighat Coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 Kanhaighat Coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns,pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level,excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :(a)1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5Kanhaighat Coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

FORMWORK

Providing form work i/c centering & shuttering so as to give a rough finish strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete to and plain concrete work in.( a) Foundation footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

(b)Columns, pillars, posts and struts (square, rectangular or polygon in plan).

(c) Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilivers, girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1m in depth.

(d)Flat surface such as suspended flloor,roofs, landing & the like (i) floor etc upto 200mm in thickness

(e) Staircase (e/c landing) slopping or stepped soffits i/c riser and strings etc.

(f) Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness), partition and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and the string courses and the like

BRICK WORK

2nd class (local first class) brick work in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cem: 3 Kanhaighat Kanhaighat Coarse sand)

Half brick masonry 2nd class (local first class) in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Kanhaighat Coarse sand) in superstructure. (a) Above plinth level upto 1st floor level.

WOOD WORK

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position a) Local best quality Uningthou wood

P/F 38 mm thick panelled, glazed or panelled & glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows i/c bright finished brass hinges (ordinary type) with necessary screws .a) Local best quality Uningthou wood

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long i/c fixing to frames with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding to cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 (1 cement :Kanhaighat Coarse sand : 6 stone aggrt. 20mm nominal guage).

Providing & fixing M.S. grills of required pattern to wooden frames of window etc with M.S. flats at required spacing & frames all round bars with round headed bolts & nuts or by screws.b) Ornamental grill.

Providing and fixing 75 x 60 mm moulded hand rail in straight lengths complete in Uningthou wood.

STEEL WORKS

Providing & fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20 mm X 10 mm X 2 mm & braced with flat iron diagonals 20 mm X 5 mm sizes with top & bottom rails of T iron 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm with 38 mm dia steel pullets complete with bolts & nuts, looking arrangement, stoppers, handles i/c applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Providing & fixing M.S. fan clamp type I of 16 mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape with hooked ends in R.C.C. slabs during laying i/c painting the exposed portion of loop, all per standard design complete.

FLOORING

White glazed tiles 10 mm in flooring, treads or steps & landing laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 Kanhaighat Coarse sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.

White glazed tiles 10 mm thick in skirting risers of steps & dado on 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement:3 Kanhaighat Coarse sand) & jointed with white cement slurry.

ALUMINIUM WINDOWS

Aluminium glazed windows and ventilators of standard aluminium extrusion section joints mitred and riveted/screwed with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long with steel plugs embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 Kanhaighat Coarse sand:6 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) or wooden plugs and screws of rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips with bolts and nuts as required including providing and fixing of glass panes 4 mm thick, projecting hinge, handles, peg stays, bolting devices, locking arrangements, spring catch & aluminium clip beading etc as required complete.(a) Ready made aluminium windows (fixed)

FINISHING

12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Kanhaighat Fine sand).

15mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Kanhaighat Fine sand).

Painting of two coats with oil bound wood preservative of approved quality on new work.

Varnishing (two or more coats) with superior Copal varnish of approved quality i/c sizing on new work.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) with superior ready mixed paint for wood work of appd. quality in all shades on new work to give an even shade

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved quality on wall surface.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved quality on new work i/c priming coat to give an even shade.

Painting (one or more coats) with black Japan to give an even shade.

Finishing walls with water-proofing cement paint of approved quality on new works (two or more coats) to given an even shade.
