LPG DISTRIBUTOR FELICITATION CEREMONY CELEBRATING

BPCL'S 50TH ANNIVERSARY AT KOLKATA

Arrival / Registration Arrangements - Design, fabrication, supply,

installation, operation, maintenance during the event and dismantling of

temporary registration infrastructure comprising registration counters,

welcome/theme standees, directional signages, view cutters, registration

furniture, volunteer/hostess support arrangements and all associated

temporary works, complete with all materials, labour, tools & tackles,

transportation, loading/unloading and restoration of site, as per Scope of

Welcome Kit - Supply, packing, handling and distribution of participant

welcome kits for BPCL dignitaries and participants, including

procurement of all materials, packing, manpower, transportation and all

incidental activities, complete as per Scope of Work.

Conference Set-up - Design, fabrication, erection, installation,

operation, maintenance during the event and dismantling of complete

conference infrastructure comprising stage, carpeting, masking, floral

decoration, ceremonial lamp arrangement, digital podium, premium

3 seating arrangement, console and camera platforms with branding and 1 LS

masking, photo booth (letter cutting), instant photo printing with frame,

pheta booth and all associated temporary infrastructure, complete with all

materials, labour, transportation, tools & tackles and site restoration, as

per Scope of Work.

Professional Audio System - Supply, installation, testing,

commissioning, operation and dismantling of complete professional

audio reinforcement system comprising sound reinforcement system,

public address (PA) system, cordless/headset/lapel/podium microphones,

digital audio mixer, amplifiers, speakers, signal processors, sound

proofing arrangements, cables and all associated accessories, complete

with all materials, labour, transportation and technical support as per

Lighting Arrangements - Design, supply, installation, testing, operation

and dismantling of complete event lighting system comprising RGB LED

Par Cans, warm lights, battens, profile lights, sharpies, moving head

wash lights, lighting control console, artist technical rider requirements,

cabling and all associated accessories, complete with all materials,

labour, transportation and technical support as per Scope of Work.

Truss Arrangements - Design, fabrication, supply, erection and

dismantling of aluminium truss structures including goal post truss, T-

6 truss and all supporting structural arrangements complete with rigging 1 LS

hardware, labour, transportation, installation and dismantling as per

Professional Visual Set-up - Supply, installation, testing,

commissioning, operation and dismantling of complete visual

presentation system comprising 2.8 mm LED display wall, plasma

7 display units, LED processor, control laptop, media server, switcher, 1 LS

teleprompter, storage media and associated accessories, complete with all

materials, labour, transportation and technical support as per Scope of

Professional Videography & Photography - Deployment, installation,

operation and dismantling of professional audio-visual documentation

infrastructure for complete coverage of the event, comprising HD video

8 cameras, professional photography equipment, camera supports, 1 LS

recording accessories, editing support and all associated equipment,

complete with manpower, transportation and consumables as per Scope

Awards Ceremony Artwork - Design, development, printing,

fabrication, installation and operation of award ceremony presentation

materials comprising award presentation graphics, animated presentation,

cue cards, award envelopes and associated branding materials, complete

with all materials, labour, transportation and technical support as per

Award Plaques / Trophies - Design, manufacture, engraving, printing

(where applicable), supply and delivery of commemorative award

plaques/trophies for distributors, complete with all materials, packaging,

transportation and associated works as per Scope of Work.

Live Cultural Performance - Planning, coordination, execution and

stage management of live cultural performance including deployment of

11 performers, stage support arrangements, backstage coordination, 1 LS

technical support, costumes (where applicable), logistics and all

associated manpower, materials and transportation as per Scope of Work.

Power Backup Arrangements - Supply, installation, testing,

commissioning, operation and dismantling of complete temporary power

backup and electrical distribution system comprising DG sets (where

required), LT distribution panels, cabling, connectors, earthing, fuel,

operators and associated electrical accessories, complete with all

materials, labour and transportation as per Scope of Work.

Local Transport - Deployment and operation of transportation facilities

for movement of dignitaries and officials, including provision of suitable

vehicles, drivers, fuel, parking, logistics, coordination and all associated

operational requirements, complete as per Scope of Work.
